The Thunder have a 36% chance to get the 7th pick this season, meaning the youngest and best team in the league this season could draft at 7, 15 and 22. They also have Nikola Topic who was projected to go top 5 for much of last season before he got hurt. It's absurd.

Obviously they won't/can't use all their picks, but Presti will keep making great deals with them. He deserves this championship.

Wonder if we could get 15 for Ayo plus POR 1st?

Why would bulls do this trade ayo is still young has great poa defense and he can make plays get to the rim etc

Ayo's defense is a little over rated

It's one reason why Coby would be a good fit there.

White for their 1st? There's almost nobody on that squad that would help, outside the obvious guys they wouldn't move.

I'd probably do White for the #9 pick but HOU probably wouldn't.

In light of Kerr DNP’ing Kuminga in their win against Rockets…

Isn’t it funny that Billy played Pat 15 horrible minutes in a crucial one-and-done game?

I get that criticizing his coaching is a dead-end, but man… along the way, talk about seeing the pot-hole and driving into the pot-hole.

Ayo's defense is a little over rated

I look at it as an opportunity to keep Jones who we'd need a roster spot for. If we did that, Ayo joins Smith in DNP world, so we might as well get value for him.

I think Houston wet the bed for their first playoff game.

It's understandable. If they ultimately end up losing the series sure we can give Golden St credit but I would still hold the inexperience of Houston higher.

I definitely think we need to re-harvest some of our roster back into draft picks for this reason. We have 12 guys who can be rotation players in the NBA, and at least 2 of them will be racking up DNP's next season so it's best to decide which of them make sense to move for future assets.

Coby, Pat, Vuc, Collins, Jalen, Ayo, Carter, Terry, JP, Huerter, Lonzo, and Jones if we resign him. Two of them should go off the island this offseason.

At least on realgm, Warriors' fans are no fonder of Kerr than we are of Billy. They hate, hate, hate his 4 guard + Draymond lineup. :D

Yes, they did. Despite losing Game 1, Houston will win the series if they keep destroying the Warriors on the boards like that. The Warriors have some major advantages in this series, but their lack of size is a big, big problem.

Wonder if that results in a Trae trade? BKN, ORL, HOU, DAL, MIL, POR, UTA might be interesting situations.

The Hawks don't own their picks. The Spurs have the right to swap picks in 2026 and own the Hawks' 2027 FRP unprotected. They can't tank.

Doesn't mean they wouldn't trade for good player(s) + pick(s)

Will they be able to get one that's better than Young?

By the way, if you think that hand checking is illegal in today's NBA, watch how the Rockets defended Steph last night. At least in the playoffs, the rule against hand checking appears to be like the rules against like travelling and moving screens. Illegal only in theory.

Looks like the opposite, sounds like it was done to lock Trae in and to prioritize winning now. I don't think Trae was liking that the team was turning into a youth/rebuilding team, and I guess the owners weren't either. Stuff like trading a veteran Hunter for a bunch of 2nd round picks, and Hunter has been fantastic in Cleveland.

Kawhi in the playoffs is always a treat. One of my favorite players ever.

Man, Kawhi was sensational.
KC: Do you still think you're a championship-caliber team?
Gar: I never said that and correct me if I'm wrong.
KC: You were asked that question at the news conference announcing Thibodeau's dismissal and you answered yes
