Whelp..... I say .... We try to make a man out of black for whatever is left of the series. "You're starting..... Step up and show us what you got" id rather go out on that note than watch CoJo get picked on for most of his minutes.

Yeah, Carter played great. The game wouldn’t have been as close without him.

Great is a strong word to describe how Carter played.

He shot the ball well. A lot of people conflate good shooting with good play overall and those two things are not always the same thing.

Pointless series to watch. Orlando’s roster is inept.

I think this is a good experience for your Stars. Playing against championship level teams and learning what works and what doesn't is invaluable in the future.

All the greats had to get their asses kicked to get better. It's not easy and it is a process.

And also, take more shots.

We end the game with the exact same shot-taking differential as we ended the first half with.

Including free throws, the Celtics took a total of 150 shots.
While the Magic took a total of 135 shots.
A fifteen shot difference!

Why is hitting 3’s the only approach? Clearly by what Goga gave us it was beneficial given the +/- so who cares if it came with him shooting 3’s or not? He gave us rim protection and rebounds and an offball option that managed to get open under the basket. Lol, what’s to dislike?

Bank shots are usually what you take when you're not confident in your shooting.

I mean, I can’t really be that mad. These are the defending champions at their home court, in Boston at that, not an easy sports city to play in. We played hard. We really miss Suggs heart and soul in games like this. Same with Moe’s. It sucks that we’re going to have to wait another offseason to have hopes to make some major noise in the eastern conference, but it is our reality. Life on life’s terms is a bi**h.

Season gets better and better. 2 more games and we’re done with some of these players.

The fouls seem to have killed us in the game.

Go Magic, Go Dwight, Go Vuc, Go Paolo, Go Keegan :)

Carter was good... he held up well and scored nicely. His coverage in the 4th was very suspect though. But at the same time nobody was really able to step up defensively when it mattered.

Yeah it’s fine.

I just don’t believe this iteration of the roster is anywhere close to being correctly built around Paolo/Franz/Suggs regardless.

Roster needs a complete overhaul to be taken seriously and that means those guys won’t have to play the way they’ve had to play.

Franz is going to have an all-time bad 3 pt percentage in the playoffs.

I agree, our two stars look solid enough with little help. AB looked competent in essentially his 2nd real playoff minutes ever. Those are the guys that matter.

They have to change over several of these roster spots next year, but we all know that.

More evidence that Cole is unplayable in the playoffs. Thanks for the play-in game, though.

Usually Goga love comes with tearing down WCJ no matter what he's doing or has done.

WCJ playing well the last month suddenly doesn't matter because Goga had a good 4 minutes and WCJ should be benched/DNP'd, etc. He's just getting the Fultz treatment of overreaction.
