we'll see.

Down nearly 50 just about 3 quarters into an elimination game on their homecourt.

Whatever silver-lining nuance you can manufacture that justifies running it back hopefully is gets rejected by whatever reasonable voices within the org, assuming they even exist.

You'll get over it, we all will

Wiggins / Rozier / Duncan are dead weight. That's like 70m in salary. That's a max contract player + a role player.

Poor roster construction is what did us in ultimately.

I remember convulsing when Houston hit that shot. That was the worst.

Both killed me. But the Weatherspoon one hurt more for me for some reason. We had just got done absolutely crushing the Pistons with Zo looking the best he ever had, really felt like he turned the corner as a player from a hothead to a more cerebral guy (better passing, less turnovers, was hitting his free throws and getting to the line a ton). Also knowing it was probably Timmy's last year as a prime time player with Anthony Carter outplaying him half the time.

And then seeing **** Mashburn, once again afraid of the moment, getting to do his Allan Houston impression but doesn't even LOOK at the rim, and immediately throws it to Clarence Weatherspoon of all people, who puts up the brickest of bricks. What a terrible ending to that 4 year saga. That was our year to get to the Finals and get crushed by the Lakers (yeah I know but still, at least getting to the Finals would have been huge for this city).

Go to 2:05:56 for the last shot.

Oh man. The best thing that happened to me at that point in my life was being super poor and having to work when ole Clarence clunked that phucker. Thank the lord I didnt watch that. Might not be here today.

It's really going to sting watching Ty Jerome, Max Strus, and De'Andre Hunter play like doodoo against real competition.

No, he's not considered the GOAT because Michael Jordan is a far superior player. In every single way. Hope this helps!

MIchael Jordan wasn't far superior to anyone in the top 10, hate to break it to you. Most of these guys are pretty close.

Nah he's far superior. But you're right otherwise about what comes after being a crap shoot, because I also have Magic, Kareem, Duncan, and Kobe over LeBron too.

Lilliard out for rest of playoffs.
Who knows how it would have worked out with the Heat, but it didn't end with a championship for the Bucks either.

Lebron, Kobe, and Duncan had longevity. Who knows if Magic would have had it.
Bird had a 3 year stretch as best player in the league, but he didn't have the longevity.

Lakers Trade Lebron/Reaves for Hero next year. (So lakers can start buiding around Luka for the future). Then the Heat somehow snatch Giannis.. Get a quick experiment run with Lebron/Giannis/Reaves and see how that goes

I genuinely question if you understand what you're watching if you think Kobe was anywhere close to players like LeBron. Kobe is the Derek Jeter of the NBA, Wade was legit a better player by a decent amount and no one ranks Wade top 10.
