What was Joe's game plan when the threes aren't falling? What was Plan B on the last play if Tatum drove and didn't have a lane? These issues are completely on the coach.

Its on the coach and your star player!
Joe doesn’t have any plays on his bag. What’s worse is you let your star player take us home and create, but your star player doesn’t have anything in his bag as well. No moves at all.

When Tatum came into the league he had a ton of mid range moves. In his second year, Brad Stevens made him focus more on threes or getting to the rim, and cutting out deeper twos.

That would have been an easy mid range for other stars being guarded by mitchel robinson. A little bump and forearm push, that would have been a wide open jumper. All the criticisms of JT are justified. Steve Kerr must be laughing his heart out. Not even a little mamba mentality

Tatum's star status is completely taking a nose dive. It may never recover if we lose this series.

He loooks shell shocked. Especially for someone who wants to be the guy

This is why I was speculating he was sick. They had him standing around watching all night.

I will give the Cs the benefit of the doubt until Game 3 and maybe Game 4.

If the Cs can get this back to Boston at 2-2, it will be a different series.

The alternative is being negative and thinking of all the bad things that's happening is just not good for the health.

A 7% win rate for teams in this situation is not “premature,” it’s actually simply factual to say this series is over.

I doubt anyone really believes that, it was just people who never wanted to credit JB. All the credit when he’s bad, mad when he’s good.

The difference this season is we can’t shoot AND when we need stops we can’t get them like we did last season. I think it’s because we’re tired. Shortest offseason for a champion? Terrible.

Another thing we lack, BRISSY, not the player but the energy! Could be Craig but Joe is tripping. Our bench is TERRIBLE, I hoped all season what was happening wouldn’t bite us but felt it could. No way you sit there and see Hauser nowhere near himself and think Pritch could carry us. That just left us ahh-out!

I’ll speak on MY!!! audhd, I HATE CHANGE! When things don’t go my way, I tend to not want to change what’s wrong especially if it’s proven to work, I’ll keep doing it until it works again or I’m forced to change. I won’t speculate on others again, to not offend, but I do know “my people.”

Read on Twitter

To me this shot summed up the brain dead nature of Tatum, Mazzulla and this team.

He has a wide open **** lane. You’re not Steph Curry, you’ve been shooting like **** for two games.

At minimum Brunson is going to be forced to grab you, likely though you can go straight by for a dunk.

Soon as I saw this miss I knew we’d probably lose.

Nightmare? Now its good word but i would call it more like retardation, mental lapses too many times over or just ''remarkable'' coaching skills of the greatest ''coach'' in the history of Celtics or for that matter Nba Doctor and engineer Joe Mazulla.Last year i knew coach was worst on our team.

But this year?Wtf was that. There is a line from a movie History of Violence. How can you f... that up.We did that twice and now this is just all on our coach.Rick Pitino had **** team. But this so called MMA COACH beats is all.On the night where we just had to slow down a game, drive more to the basket we continue jacking up 3 pointers like our life depended on that

And whats 1000 times worse is that we didnt lose.We lost against ourself. We cant win with that kinda coaching, with that kinda mentaliity.Im sick really. What the ****.I came back on 9 minute mark and we were still solid. And there i saw nightmare on Elm Street.Like really bad horror movie. What i saw was pathetic.Cant believe my eyes  .Man i wish i was alcoholic so i coult get drunk right about now.Because this sucks

Thats it.We might win one in Nyc and i might say one.Though with this coach. This looks like sweep. And then the worst thing that can happen for next year.Is that we have same old coach.I mean if we might lose, its better we get rid of that mental midget Mazulla and so called Mazulla ball. And get a coach that knows atleast something about coaching

Disgusting

All they have to do is focus on winning one game. One game. This group is terrible though. I said it all year they were a one dimensional team.

There’s a crack in the locker room. Guys did very un-Celtic like things the last two games. It’s one thing to shoot bad, but this was the most selfish basketball I’ve seen back to back in a while.

No but they ignored a clear foul to D White on the tip which gave the Knicks a critical 4 point swing and they gave Brunson undeserved free throws to win it.

If we kept the big lead, these had no effect
blowing 20 points lead, going 0-14 or 21-2 in the fourth isn't a ref problem

Again, we sucked and the refs sucked. The two are not mutually exclusive.

Two games both 20pt blown leads in the 3rd. Conf finals vs heat vibes. You would think winning the chip would give them the poise and composure. This happens if your offense does nothing but chuck 3’s. Even having a 3 vs one fast break, tatum and white stopped at the 3pt line instead of going to the basket and wait for a pass for an easy two.

Really should consider throwing in Baylor. He had an unbelievable spark on both ends every game he played this year. With Sam hurt and Pritchard not playing well in road games in the playoffs, it's not going to hurt us putting him on the floor in Game 3.

Whatever. At least we got that one championship.

But time to come to grips that this team is done for.

Even scraping past the Knicks in 6 or 7 means nothing when the final boss is OKC, not a chance.

It was a fun run everybody but the new ownership will rightfully make big moves and I would too.
156-1 Celtics are frauds when pressure is put on them. They would have been toast if Luka was not stupid enough to foul himself out. Enjoy this ONE finals win. There will never be another with the Js and the Celtics cant afford stacked team.
They have one in DWhite but it's always the Js bringing it up and seemingly exclusively JT in the 4th

The organization seems to have fallen in love with the analytics. When the 3's aren't falling this team is f'd.

Trash basketball. Brunson has outplayed tatum think about that. I been saying it all year on this board and people thought i was crazy. They’re very one dimensional. It seems like they’re prone to make two point shots.

If we go quietly i wanna see drastic changes on this roster. This is pathetic. The Knicks have done nothing special here but keep it close and wait for the Celtics to self destruct and they make their shots in the end.

I’m mostly just venting because I see a very hungry Knicks team and a Celtics team that is completely shook. It’s unbelievable
