I still really like Egor Demin. I think he could go higher than people expect.

Drake Powell, for instance, is 19 tested as maybe the best athlete at the combine with way more upside if you’re gonna trade up in the draft why would you hone in on someone like Fleming who put up his gaudy numbers in his third yr of college against Fordham Duquesne and St. Bonaventure over someone with the upside of Powell.

Just sayin’ there are plenty of interesting guys gonna go in the 20s, I am not on the home-in-on-Fleming bus

Fleming fits the mold of one of those upperclassmen players who end up being good pros early in their career. It's pretty easy to see him be a rotation player from day 1 with his measurables and skillset.

Powell. To me, he's like Kai and Bryce. If you're drafting a player for athletic upside, but they're in the 20's or 2nd round, I'm not sure if their alleged upside is actually all that high.

Once you're out of the teens, I think you draft players with defined (if not limited) NBA roles. And some of those guys end up being a lot better than expected.

Nolan Traore might be one of the biggest wildcards in the draft. I have pretty much ignored the international guys this year and the media doesn't seem to be talking about any of them too much. I could see Traore getting buzz later int he process and maybe going pretty high.

Yeah I don't mind the look of Yang either

I saw some of his passing in the scrimmages earlier in the week that looked really good.
the risk to the board is, would we get inundated with crazy fans like when we had Lin

Yep, and hes barely 19. Pretty athletic and is a good defender. Best playmaker in this class. Gets compared to Giddy and Lonzo/LaMelo as a passer. Improving but questionable jump shot. I'm not convinced he shouldn't at least be in the convo at #4. There are multiple guys currently being discussed for the pick that I would prefer him over.

Technically hes 6'8.25" barefoot, but also has a 6'10.25" wingspan and 8'9.5" standing reach.

Yang Gang!

Same, I could be biased here because I haven't watched most of these guys and I'm a sucker for oversized playmakers.

the nifty passing is what I like

he seems a little weak inside and needs to bulk up. I think he could play some 4 at first.

That's a real nice selling job you're doing there. Add him to my research list.

I thought the Lin fans were fun until they collectively decided that Lin was better than Kemba and they needed to bench Kemba and build the team around Lin, which didn't take very long lol.
