They try to hide Haliburton, but he really cannot defend anyone. I think that's part of the reason why they have guarded KAT with Turner (Bryant as well) throughout the season, as opposed to putting him on Hart. Because, who the hell does Haliburton guard at that point? They had been using him on Hart, and Hart averaged 22/11 this season vs them. He can't go on Brunson, OG is way too strong, and Mikal will just mid-range him all game.

Gary Trent averaged 19ppg in the first round against him, and Max Struss averaged 7rpg. If you leave Hali on Hart, it's going to result in conservatively 193 offensive rebounds per game.

This is a vv mature response. And where I am trying to stay at it. This run as is has been magical. I honestly thought we would never have truly meaningful knicks basketball again. That it would always be lolKnicks. Jalen Brunson has changed that. He is healing the trauma. Love this for us. Going to enjoy the feeling of getting to the ECF as much as I can - consume all the knicks content I can, cancel all trips and lock in. Life moves quick and if we dont stay present we can miss it.

He used to make the best garbage time dunks after we subbed out Julius. He's great when there's no D, and he plays no D all the time. He is tall, though.

Mathurin is someone we need to keep in check this series...they didn't have him last playoffs vs us and he gave us buckets in the regular season. I think he avg over 25 a game in our regular season matchups. He's a swing player in this series for sure.

The Knicks were incredibly beaten up last year, it was unfair. That said, the Pacers have made improvements. They're better than last year and I don't think this will be an easy series.
