IND has absolutely zero answers for KAT. He’s too fast for Turner and he’s too big for Siakam.

Feed the lion and ride him to victory you **** nitwits.

I think Mikal is going to get going, he missed some shots he normally makes, and if he gets going it means Haliburton has to work on defense.

Did y'all feel like Thibs starting lineup changed help the Knicks? I don't think it did.

It was his rotation change that put in Delon Wright and Shamet that slowed them in the 3rd and 4th.

You can also see it in his body language racking up all these fouls -- he's out of control trying too hard. He's smart enough to understand what a liability he is on defense, but he seems to be struggling to find the right energy level to minimize the problem. He's clearly frustrated, but then again he hit a 9/10 degree of difficulty game-winner, so I'm not complaining just yet.

I'd like to see him make the energetic/body language adjustment moving forward to limit fouls and limit penetration without playing matador D, and to show some g*damn emotion when things go badly BESIDES yapping at the refs on non-calls.

He's not that guy who shows fake emotion. He's a get-the-job-done guy. Until the job is done he is pure concentration. Not emotion.

Mrs. Cgmw said she same thing and said that his teammates know who he is. I still think when he has 2 careless huge turnovers he needs to show his teammates that he’s not OK with it. As a leader he can’t be out here introverting, especially when he’s asked to do so much 1-on-1. It can read as pouting and demoralize teammates/fans/arenas. I’d like to see him yell at himself when he F’s up or… you know, when he takes a terrible shot to end the game.

Clyde never showed outward emotion, said he never wanted opponents to think he was flustered or bothered. He was Mr Cool. Zero technicals in his career. I think JB and wants to be like that

Honestly I thought they starting lineup was playing well and we were up pretty much the entire 1st instead of getting down double digits early, we started to lose control when Mitch was visibly fatigued and it took Thibs about 2-3 min to bring him out… the pacers went on a run during that time

The only difference it made IMO was switch up with guys & groups played against the IND bench. Maybe it made a big difference in IND not being able to go off from the jump? Idk

They do the same thing over and over and over and over, high pick and roll, sga gets a switch, he drives and steps back, or immediately steps back at the 3 point line

Why dont we ever include him in the action run screen after screen to target Hali

One key is that Brunson only played 31 minutes in game 3. So he'll be slightly better rested for game 4. But I think our success in this series is going to rest with KAT, he really put his stamp on game 3 and we need more of that from him.

We don't really target anyone with screens, I think the most I've seen us do it was when Brunson kept calling for a screen to get Horford on him.

I am not sure I trust Mikal's 7ft turnaround jumpshot/fadeaway. I mean he is a streaky shooter, when he is on fire it looks good, but boy oh boy, when he is not, I am screaming about laying it up. He needs to be better at recognizing his current condition and mix it up.

Yeah, I think you need to limit Mitch to 20-25 minutes a game. It went off the rails at the start of the 2nd quarter which is when Mitch sat I believe.

I was watching Gil Arena's Youtube video that went out today and he thought maybe it was best to have Deuce in the starting lineup instead of Mitch. At least it will give another ballhandler and a 3 point threat. The more I think about it, I think I agree with him but Thibs aint gonna change now.

Brunson and KAT together aint providing it. I think you can stagger one of them but I'm not sure if you can really put them together at the end of the 4th quarter. Especialy when Brunson is on ISO ball when the game is close. He doesn't look at KAT's way this whole season.

He's afraid of contact because I'm pretty sure he's not confident in making freethrows, he had the lowest freethrow rate of his career. That said, he was 6-18 last game and a lot of them were shots he normally makes, he's done better against better defenders.
