2: I reacted to how that should be at the top of Leon’s criticisms

3: You pop up talking crazy about how Leon is above reproach and we should all be grateful and kiss the ground Leon walks on

4: I respond saying that everyone knows he’s made a lot of mistakes, we’ve all listed them in his Grade Thread, but hopefully he’s learned his lesson about nepotism when it comes to coaching/trades/signings.

5: News breaks confirming what most here including me have been saying all week… Leon is doing his due diligence.

6: You come back in with the same wild bs “you criticized Leon for bad moves!” “pick a side!” “Is he perfect or does he suck!??”

What’s even more funny about this reporting in the social media age is people lack critical thinking so it comes off like the coaches on these teams are deny the Knicks. The only “legal” way to let a coach know you’re interested in him and not get hit with a tampering charge is to ask his team for an interview. You don’t think any of these candidates will think to themselves “that is a good opportunity I may want to pursue it.” ?? Either way you’re casting a wide net to hire the best candidate possible whether they’re currently employed or not.

Yep they're just making a list on who's available, then gonna narrow it down.

If they made a list of coaches that were unemployed, then went around to see if other active coaches were even available because why not ask?

If you could get Udoka, or other coaches over an unemployed coach wouldn't you do it?

Why not ask, if granted permission, get a list, they can interview and see if it's the right fit, if not they stay with their current team.

Pretty obvious this is just due diligence, anyone saying otherwise just wants to stoke the flames and drama and nonsense.
