Who says "it's good" on an alleyoop or any other dunk?

Lets imagine it was contested and bounced around the rim, for the extra (imaginary) drama.

Lakers are happy with Luka. Only players I move Luka for are Wemby, Shai. That's it.

And Nico thinks Luka is Hitler. Better shot at Nico moving Flagg for KD.

LOL. Why would Lakers offer that? That is almost just as dumb as the original trade. You don't offer a proven player for a hypothetical player if you know you can get more than that.

Again, its a hypothetical trade offer that they do.

Maybe they want to pair Bronny with someone of the same timeline.

Of course they should and any non-Nico GM would take that trade.

The Mavs would obviously say no. From their perspective, they just traded Luka to avoid paying him the supermax because they didn't like his defense or trust his work ethic. Why would they now want to do the thing they don't want to do, and lose Flagg in the process?

No, they already made it clear why they don't want Luka and already ruined the relationship.

Also they can't trade just Flagg and would need (an)other player(s) to match salary

I actually like this trade and it makes sense. Not clickbait.

Mavs get their local hero back, win now, and Lakers get a super prospect for the next 15 years.

Win/win.

Mavs have some vets to add that could match salary and make Lakers less weak inside.

Odds are very, very slim that Flagg sniffs close to what Luka has accomplished.

Luka can opt out after this year, so the Lakers might consider dealing him before they get Dwight Howarded. Doubt you'd get a return like Flagg though.

It can't be understated just how much the Mavs didn't like Luka. They were willing to trade him for below market value just to get him out of the building.

Even ignoring that, Flagg is the more valuable asset. He's 18 years old, on a cheap rookie contract, and he's got the two-way skillset to play alongside anyone. His floor is basically an All-Star, and if he hits his ceiling, he could be the face of USA basketball. The Mavs aren't trading that for a guy they already got rid of.

Barely anything. Flagg's college resume is probably more impressive than this...

This is just playoffs.... Through 6 seasons.

-First player in NBA history to:

record multiple 30-point triple-doubles at the age of 22 or younger.
record 250+ points, 70+ rebounds, and 70+ assists through their first eight career playoff games.
record two triple-doubles with a game-winning three-pointer in the final five seconds in an NBA playoff game.
record at least 150 rebounds, 150 assists and 50 3-point field goals in a single postseason.
lead the playoffs in points, rebounds, and assists entering the NBA Finals.
lead the playoffs in points, rebounds, assists and steals.

-Second player in NBA history to record:

70 total points in their first two career playoff games (George Mikan, 75 points in 1949).
two triple-doubles in their first four career playoff games (Magic Johnson).
40+ points, and 14+ assists in a playoff game (LeBron James).

-Third player in NBA history to record:

300+ points through their first nine career playoff games (Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Michael Jordan).

-Fourth player in NBA history to record:

600+ points, 150+ rebounds, and 150+ assists in a single postseason (Nikola Jokić, LeBron James, Larry Bird).

-Fifth player in NBA history to:

have 40+ points and hit a buzzer-beater in a playoff game (Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Kawhi Leonard, Damian Lillard).
average at least 30 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 assists in a playoff series (Oscar Robertson, Michael Jordan, Russell Westbrook, LeBron James).

-Sixth player in NBA history to:

lead their team in points, rebounds, and assists while reaching the NBA Finals (Tim Duncan, Jason Kidd, LeBron James, Nikola Jokić, Jayson Tatum).

-Most games with 30+ points, 5+ rebounds, and 5+ assists in a single season (regular season and playoffs), with 55.
