The Oklahoma City Thunder have finished the Finals with 214 free throws, which is the most free throws attempted by a NBA Champion in 37 years, trailing the 1987-88 Lakers by 33 FTAs.

before I take this seriously, where would the Pacers rank and can this be filtered by FTA per game since most series don't go 7 games?

Yea, is this most total FTA, or is this most FTA per game? Those are different situations.
