Let’s not forget that Noa dropped 20 in that exhibition game against all the blazers young, top picks

Agree with you, for me a similar like Terry pick.

I hope we trade for a second first round pick and get Sorber

What does he do thats great? He is long and can run, doesn't shoot well, not a great offensive weapon, his motor is great, his length is great, he should play very well with Giddey....can he guard 3s?

He's 18, switchable as all hell, is big enough to get his shot off at three levels and has been putting up serious numbers and highlights quite recently.

But we took a HR swing if we strike out who cares? It's not like you get a Siakam like upside at 13.

He doesn't move well laterally. He's not switchable as all hell. He has a bad shot so who cares if he can get it off.

2nd year in a row OKC is going to get a top 5 talent they don't deserve isn't it?

Don't think we have space or need for three rookies. I think he moves up in the second round to draft our second rookie.

We didn’t need a KJ type on this team. We needed a long high motor 4 which is what Essengue is. Someone who has potential to do so much on the court. Everyone wants AK to take big swings and this is exactly that.

I'm surprised people are so lukewarm on this pick. I can live with a miss on legit potential. Essengue has that. Matas had it. I didn't see it with Pat or Terry.

For real. Unprotected 2026 FRP that is worth the roll of the dice for. Could easily be a top 8 pick.

A guaranteed bench player in KJ?

Anyone who watches him and thinks bench player in the NBA with greater space, IMO has no basis to give any opinions on basketball. Boa, OTOH, is guaranteed to be a bench player for a while, and may well never be anything more.

He hasnt even been picked yet. He's not this slam dunk you think he is.

The way people are talking about him you'd think he was a top 3 pick.

Pelicans wanted Queen. Bulls could've done that trade.

They could’ve been between Noa and Queen. But why not make the same offer to the Bulls and try for the better spot? I’m legit stunned NO gave up their 1st. They’re gonna be awful again next year, thats a top 10 pick at worst. Damn…

Again with that game against the blazers for noa… hit two contested three, wide open three, handling the ball, getting steals in the passing lanes and some blocks…. Idk how you can’t watch just that game against nba talent and see this guy has major upside to be good player

Yeah, but from a developmental standpoint I don't see how they have room for anyone else to step into a meaningful role anytime soon. Love Sorber as a pick though.
