When i first scouted Kasparas in the tournament i called him a poor man’s Gogi. Literally did not know at first if he was left or right handed he’s that good finishing and dribbling with both hands

Here's my viewpoint -

PG - Seems like the unit is Mitchell, Kasparas, Dru - unless someone beats Dru out over the summer.

SG - Tyler Herro and Pelle Larsson will make the roster. We have some other guys around but I feel like we could really benefit from adding a true 6th man. Someone we can lead the 2nd unit when Herro comes off the floor, and presumably someone that we can play next to Herro. I don't love the price, but Monk does make a lot of sense.

Wing - Haywood and probably Keshad (at the end of the roster) are the only 2 in this unit guaranteed to come back. Jaime, Wiggins, Duncan, Kyle Anderson could all easily be on the move. I think this is the group that will be added to.

Bigs - Bam, Jovic, Ware, Love (in a Haslem role) will be on the team. We definitely need a backup center, and will likely bring in a grizzled veteran that can also help mentor Ware. Drummond, Jordan both make a ton of sense.

So locked in -

Mitchell / Kasparas / Dru
Herro/ _____ /Larsson
____ / Haywood / ____
Bam / Jovic / Keshad
Ware / ____ / Love

Now we trade Wiggins for expiring’s and Dalton Knecht. Going to be hilarious when we add Knecht

If you had to take a guess. What does a sign and trade for Kuminga looks like. Also would that take us out of the market for any possible FA stars next summer?

Ware and Bam are probably happy tonight. They will receive tons of oops and easy passes from Herro, Kaspa and a healthy Jovic next season.

Dru and Davion are not too shabby either.

For Wiggins I'm taking that gamble ALL DAY.

Nothing to lose, we might be able to tap into his potential..we can use some chucking and athleticism.

Just need to limit the years on his deal, 2+1 team option on the last year.

I’ll take anything for Wiggins; Beal, Kuminga, Sexton, Barrett— whatever y’all got, I’m buying.

If Heat could start the year without Rozier, Wiggins, it would be enough to get me excited for the season

I went to bed right after our pick. Did we make any trades last night?

I never really looked at Wade the same after the “give the keys to LeBron comment”. Mf, you’re the champion. He came to play on your team. Sold you out of a chip and finals MVP in 2011.

I liked Wade pre big-3 era before he was glazing leflop. He ain’t been the same guy since. Seems to be the leclown effect.

Wade > Lebron.
Wade had that killer dna. Leflop str8 snatch juice
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

I have no opinion on acquiring Kuminga. That of course depends on the cost in assets and cap space. However, I am always leery of guys who complain about not being given the chance to be a star in their previous situation. That's not how things work. If you show out, coaches will put the ball in your hands. Kuminga seems to think it works the other way around.

He also seems to think that the Warriors drafted him in the lottery and held onto him all these years because they didn't want him to become their next star player??? Like they wouldn't have preferred that he become a star rather than having to trade for old ass Jimmy?

There's some entitlement there. Like he feels that he's working and doing enough to be a star but people are just holding him back. That's more Michael Beasley than Jaylen Brown.

He said that publicly to cater to LeBron’s fragile ego coming off that epic Finals collapse against Dallas.

It's funny how many of us share the same sentiment about Wiggs, he's by no means a bad player and seems like a solid locker room guy, but even as a fan watching from the outside, something about the fit here just feels off.

Honestly I always thought he said it because he knew he (Wade) was always going to show up regardless of the role he was in and now he was putting the pressure on LeBron to be great. Like telling him he can’t hide behind him anymore, he has the keys and he’s front and center.
