I was searching for FGAs this whole draft after going Durant and Shaq first two rounds and mispicking cost me Penny, but after Snake got Magic mid rd 2 after me and I assume others missed his eligibility, this was going to be an uphill climb anyway.

I don't think I've ever found a player that important that others didn't realize was eligable.

Did anyone else know he was available? I didn't wait on him betting that others wouldn't know about him. I picked Walton expecting that it meant losing out on Magic.

I wasn't playing 3-D chess there.

The wording is pretty clear. I was puzzled when I saw that pick as I’d written AK off.

Yes, exactly half has always been eligible to me, and I'm using Beverley this game with that.

I guess if we wanted we could let MadNESS repick by claiming playing in another league isn't an "ineligible season".

I allowed a repick anyway. Another league is fine, the only condition is that the comeback season isn't rookie season

The precedent is 50% is eligible, so you can't take the season after it.

Yes- the comeback season has to be an ELIGIBLE season that came immediately after an INELIGIBLE one.

Defintely time to take a break. I’ve obviously lost the plot. I was stunned to see that this thread existed and I wasn’t quoted.

I had you first. Usually I don't reveal the rankings until the end to avoid prejudice for the finals matchup. But this time I can say me and GM were tied for first place, while you were 5 points short of first place, with Dr P also in the mix.
