People pretending size isn’t an issue in the nba if he isn’t actually a point guard…

Yeah I’m not worried about that at pick #25. He was the best on the board for what we needed.

He's succeeded in the same way in college as he did in high school. Well developed from a young age and will get better. Weight room this summer. We'll see how his pg skills develop.

Something that I haven't seen brought up much as a "pro" is that he is a lefty. I feel like if a player has good skill level overall but is also a lefty, that is a hard-to-quantify advantage that tends to create the small space needed to thrive. I've long watched players like Harden and Brunson seem to get to spots and get off shots that others can't. I think that is because players grow up building muscle memory playing 99% against righties, so they just make the wrong tiny adjustments against southpaws. I'm excited for us to have a skilled lefty to see what happens.

I’ll take the over by all star break. He’s going to be in the rotation for sure. Right now he’s the best bench scorer we’ve got.

Crazy that he's not really affected by length at the rim, he's not afraid of contact and has good touch.... This will be better when he improves his strength and conditioning

Watching the press conference for these draft picks, I just realized that Jase is shorter than Weltman...wow! Now I'm really surprised that we drafted him.

I know he's taller than average but this reminds me that these basketball players are giants.

And apparently Jase is a nickname for Jason...did not know that.

Hahah.... Kinda like me. I'm all limbs. I'll sit next to my best friend who is 5'1" on a good day.... And I'm 5'10" (in the mornings) and we'd look eye to eye.

He's virtually 6'1" with no neck and long arms and a 38" vert. He's fine.
