Preferably he switches teams before the Kuzma experiences gets any more weird.

I swear they all hate the team. They always take thet pragmatic non-optimistic take because they want to appear to have journalistic integrity to other nba writers.

I usually can’t stand FM takes, sorry if you’re a poster on here :D

This does not seem like it makes sense.
This made sense before the Turner move. Pat for Williams. POR saved a few million this year and got a locker room guy. We got a lottery ticket. Doesn't make much sense now besides Kuz for Williams. Would rather have the salary slot next year.(Not to mention POR wouldn't want Kuz)

The one way that this could make sense if it was a 3 way deal, with Williams going the the Pacers. Make the Turner deal a sign and trade.

Sure, it wouldn't make sense for Portland to want Kuzma, but who thought they'd want Jrue and his contract?

Yeah, i was thinking that too.

Do you hate all Bucks podcasts? Lol

Are KPj or Rollins actually PGs? For once, I would love to see Giannis with a true point guard and not a small guard masquerading as one. What was the closest thing he has ever had to a traditional PG?

Yes, or it's buying into a bigger lineup. With point-giannis, we'd arguably still need another big's minutes.

I've not seen that Robert Williams stuff literally anywhere else. Why are we taking a "sources tell ESPN" tweet from some random 900 follower account seriously?

Another reminder to not post random crap tweets. They just derail. As Prez said "sources tell ESPN", but they don't report it and somehow only this random guy found out?

I was unaware that point-Giannis would also be guarding point guards!

Giannis/Turner/Portis/Sims is MORE than enough bigs. Doc does love going irrationally big, I guess.

I think porter is a true PG no doubt he couldnt average 8 assists a game

Remind me to never schedule a trip home to see my folks during the start of free agency ever again.

- I give Horst and ownership credit for being ballsy and creative with waiving/stretching Dame in order to sign Turner. I'm not even a big Turner guy, but we got younger and better. Bill Simmons and the like not being able to separate the two moves is maddeningly stupid. Turner will be very tradable on that deal IMO. The dead Dame money isn't ideal, but is also not crippling.

- KPJ & GTJ back for CHEAP is a massive boon. National pundits don't even mention KPJ. They clearly don't actually watch Bucks games, as KPJ has shown very sexy flashes and already has better chemistry with Giannis than Dame did.

- We have to bring Rollins back. He's still so young with untapped potential. You can't teach length.

- I'm okay with CP3 if he accepts a backup role. Promising a starting spot would be a mistake IMO. Need to hand the keys to KPJ.

- We should dangle Kuz + '31 or '32 1st for a starting caliber wing. Kuminga is flawed but still has potential, I would explore that. Or make a play for Wiggins.

KPJ / CP3
GTJ / Rollins / AJJ
Kuminga / Green / Prince
Giannis / Portis
Turner / Sims

That group could make some noise in a weak East.

They do it for engagement. If the fact that it didn't hold up to scrutiny causes you to reply to the tweet, that's a win.

I would extend AJ Green this offseason assuming it makes him easier to move next offseason .i.e. he could be traded without the need for a sign and trade.

We'll then have have Kuzma ($21m expiring), Green (say $8m per?), maybe Bobby (fair value $14m deal), plus 2026 1st rounder on draft night, 2031 & 2033 1st rounders, '32 swap plus other bastardised swaps.

Some combination of that could get a 2nd/3rd banana. I'm thinking by then the Knicks might want off of OG Anunoby's contract. Maybe the Cavs with Garland? Suggs? De'Aaron Fox?

I would love a Kuminga/Kuzma swap, but I am not prepared to pay anything more than Jackson and/or Smith.

I'm really intrigued about what that Heat beat reporter said about an interesting player that will be avaiable soon who when asked, responded that he's someone good.
Maybe Beal is bought out? Maybe Middleton? Altough the good is debatable for him right now.
I'm guessing something like that but it could be also that a player will become available for trade...

Plus, the game doesn't have traditional PGs anymore.

If Kevin Porter Jr, who is a career 4.6 assists guy, is a “true” point guard. The game of basketball might be on a downward trajectory
