For someone out on the west coast, that only saw Georgetown Big East games occasionally and never Maryland, what was he like? Any comps?

Pure pure natural athlete. Near MJ level ability to pause time at the top of his jumper & levitate a second before the release. Like a bigger forward-sized MJ — though maybe without the same competitive rage. Because only Kobe has matched that. Still. He would’ve been an all star by accident. Can’t fail level of pure athleticism.

Sounds like TMac to MJ's Kobe

Bias wasn't that creative off the dribble. He wasn't a guy who would create space for his shot. He would just pull up for a jumper right in a guy's face knowing he had no chance to block it.

Bias was wiry strong. If he had played for the Celtics, it likely would have lengthened the careers of Bird and McHale because they would have played less and perhaps another championship at least.

Ron Holland went off for 28/11 on only 12 shots from the field.

Rough night for Kon. The only basket he made was a breakaway dunk.

Riley is way too raw. First look says he's not ready.

Guessing Saar and Bub may only play 2 games, but it's fun watching them. Only thing with Saar is that if you have a slower big on you like Maluach, why try and jack up a contested three? Put the ball on the floor and try and drive it to the hoops.

TJ12 will score the ball. Let's see if he can defend.

 @ Tre. I saw him throw a pass to himself off the backboard in heavy traffic once.

Tre looking great (and super confident).

Was hoping Sarr would have bulked up more over the off-season. Dude is still a twig.

This is when Mark Jones starts showing SL burnout and has no clue who half the guys are on the roster. Might need a spotter.

I think he's a tad bigger than he was last summer. Standing next to Maluach, who looks like a tank, is tough.
