Wow. Bednar looking like Clay Holmes out there. Loading the bases before getting out of a jam!! Rodon looked good. Fernando Cruz is an animal! Love this guy!

Taking 2 out of 3 in Houston is a good look. The battle for the division starts tomorrow night now. 3GB! WE NEED TO SWEEP THE BLOW JAYS!

I don't know if we deserved this one. 3 errors, bad outing by Weaver and Bednar, who are usually the dependable ones.

I have a lot of respect for Rodon for bouncing back like he has. Even this outing...109 pitches, 6 innings and we needed every single one. Cruz saved our butts. Grisham has been clutch as hell. Hope Jazz is alright. Bottom of the order did stuff this game.

It wasn't an ugly win. The umpires were abysmal this series for both teams but, we deserved this one for sure.

Rodon s having a great year. Fried is right there with him. Our BP has been a problem for a while. I put a lot of the blame on Boone there. He's just a moron.

If we can get right in the last 22 games we will be a problem in the playoffs. 17-6 rin the last month has us in the hunt for the division starting tonight. We need to take it to the next level...if we have one.

I can't help but think how good would we be if Cole was healthy.

I'm going to be severely disappointed if we blow this opportunity.

Also, I'm looking at this season and wondering if we would have a World Series right now if Boone hadn't been so attached to Verdugo and Clay Holmes in the same way he's been attached to Volpe. We had Grisham on the bench...****

Boone is just bad. No feel for the game. Leaves pitchers in too long. Pulls pitchers too soon. Can't figure out his bullpen. Gives certain players a long leash. Costing us wins constantly with his mind numbingly stupid decisions.

I like this team though. There's a bunch of good dudes to riot for.

Well I guess you gotta use Devin Williams at some point, since you didn’t move on from him and boy you gotta hope Boones pen moves pay off. This is how this team is built playing with fire and hoping we don’t get burned. Williams did get out of that jam so kudos to him for that.

I was super pissed off at that too. Boone hasn't learned shyt...he got lucky this time.
