Ya this is Dobbs all over again. KOC has zero faith in him, so he’s coaching him up until the mic gets cut off. That’s why this is happening with the play clock.

Same thing happened with Dobbs and when Darnold started to fall apart the last 2 games last year

That's just awful though, play clock is down to 2 or 1 everytime.

JJ may have the weakest arm out of all starters in the league right now. Feel like I’m back in the day watching Chad Pennington trying to throw outside the numbers. You can set up a blanket and have a picnic before the ball finally gets out there

That's a rough start, man.

Well, maybe Jim Harbaugh is the true QB whisperer.

Not sure why McCarthy was so highly touted as a prospect. He reminds me of one of those average Alabama QBs that Nick Saban used to put out when he first started (AJ McCarron, Greg McElroy, Blake Sims).

He does it because he has no trust in the QB so he over coaches and wants to take out any reading of the defense away. He’s literally in the ear of the QB retreating who the 1st and 2nd option is, and if neither is there tuck it and run.

He would rather pick up delay of games instead of trusting the QB to have time and look at the defense and try and read it

When this happens, it’s a big sign KOC has zero faith in the QB

The front line is warming up. That and Caleb being awful is the only reason Chicago isn’t up by 20+ right now

Ya him and Will have been positives tonight. It’s been awhile since we’ve had a returner that had the juice that Price has already shown.

Rookie mistake by challenging that by Johnson. Hock is literally on his knees as they knock the ball out

Actually Guyton had a good game. I saw a breakdown of the game there were several instances where he was driving his man back several yards.

So he’s just prone to violent outbursts where he randomly punches players in the head for no reason?

Larry Allen had a great punch move too.

Not going to lie. Kind of missing Harrison Phillips and his run defense in this game big time
