If Clippers paid the asks because other teams were willing to if they didn’t, can those other teams get in trouble too, if it can be proven?

Like if we were willing to meet Unc Dennis’s demands, are we just as guilty even if he chose the Clippers?

Didn't watch the video either. But it is from Someone I *trust*!

Completely new info and really challenges Ballmer's claim that he was duped by Aspiration and its co-founders.

Clearly defense is the difference between winning and losing for this team.

It’s not much, but my decision on whether or not to get league pass this year hinges on the outcome of this investigation.

It probably won’t be solved by then, so maybe I just pirate/watch YouTube recaps for the time being.

Does anybody really believe if this was New Orleans or Memphis they wouldn't void the star's contract, suspend everyone and take away the ASG?

Clippers PR didn’t want Aspiration questions on Media Day.

He didn't want to lie, so he deflected. It's an admission of guilt for sure.

Raptors fans should go onto every twitter post and reply "aspiration" until it becomes unbearable for their PR team to keep up

The kind that will only hurt them IF the league/Silver actually takes meaningful action . I'm surprised they aren't saying something along the lines of "I can't comment because there is an ongoing active investigation."

TBH, I won't be surprised if Pablo (or someone else) eventually finds evidence of cap circumvention going back to 2019.

Unless there's some new breaking news. I get the sense that this is going to get buried and go away with a whimper. Exactly how the league wants it to go.

It would be seriously disheartening and take away from how I feel about the NBA. But then again, we know the league cares more about big market teams. We watch bull calls and officiating every year.

It's comical how obvious it was when you follow the money.

So now Aspiration investors are suing Steve Ballmer, suggesting he was complicit in the fraud.

This means that this could go to court and Ballmer and others would have to face open discovery. This is bad for the Clippers and bad for Adam Silver. The legal case is no longer controlled by the NBA.

Exactly correct. The 11 Aspiration investors are now in control of the proceedings.

Adam Silver can't just release selective information (that's not too damaging to the NBA's reputation) and sweep the more serious dealings under the rug. A whole lot more is going to be out in the open.

Rumours also swirling about Ty Lue being involved in the gambling scandal. Clippers truly a cursed organization. Kawhi really chose dollar store Lakers over a chance to repeat
