Bro you got me confused. You say you are in agreement with Spo and say it’s not a plus/minus thing but Spo was literally saying that it was a plus/minus thing with Ware.
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

I dunno wtf Vert is saying either, but Spo is making sense. IMO, the most important aspect in any game about a support player is consistency. If your team knows what they can expect from you night in and out, they can adjust their game to cover for your weaknesses. Inconsistency leads to uncertainty.

I hope I see an inspired Kel'el Ware. That happened last time they matched up.

I mean, here's the thing. Giannis probably only would want a trade to us if there was still a team here to play with. So trading the entire team doesn't appeal to him, because he'd just be in a worse situation than with the Bucks. Its also why you don't trade Bam away to get a star. HE's the main guys players would want to play with. So until another guy pops (like maybe Jovic), we probably aren't getting any major start trades done.

Hopefully we get to see Jakucionis and Larsson team up with Ware. Two guys who can hand and get the ball to Ware.

People saying Ware was playing with scrubs and thst is why he was low energy but I looked at the box score and Bucks played about 100 players, many of whom I have never heard of. I imagine it was Ware playing with scrubs, vs scrubs.

I didnt watch but just like Grimes putting up 20 a night for the tanking 76ers, someone has to score, and it can be fools gold (not saying Grimes is necessarily not good, just that you can't put weight on numbers alone when winning is not a concern).

I don't think Spo puts all his emphasis on raw +/-, that would be crazy in a team sport, but -21 as a guy thst you think has franchise potential upside, playing against scrubs, I can see why he would think there was no real will being imposed.

I guess if Giannis said 4.5 months he may as well have said trade me at the deadline, so he said 6-7 months but that is March- April, which is post trade deadline. May as well have said next season.

The wording though sounds like I'm locked in till the deadline, if it ain't working, I don't want to waste another season here.

The scrubs couldnt dribble, pass or shoot. They were scrubs of all scrubs

It'll be good to see Pelle and Kasparas make their debut tonight.

Rozier really could've used these reps to try and resemble something like the guy we traded for. Oh well.

Spo going with:

Dru Smith
Norman Powell
Andrew Wiggins
Nikola Jovic
Bam Adebayo

This is 100% who I expect to be starting on opening night. Smith in the Babbit role, Mitchell will play 25-30 minutes a night as the sparkplug.
