Sheeeesh, the league brought this on themselves by prostituting gambling in every facet of their messaging to their fans.

I’m not saying there’s no relationship, and the gambling stuff everywhere is kind of gross, but there’s a difference between legal and illegal gambling.

There are also moral differences when you start getting conflicts of interest involved.

That said, if Billups’ whole thing is just poker, I don’t see it as as big of a deal.

Illegal poker? Man, who cares. FBI's priorities are whack, but I guess we already knew that.

Illegal poker/gambling is worth $50+ billion a year. It's usually tied to organized crime in large scale operations. That is a pile of money not going into government coffers and people die.
