I actually love the system we’re running now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We just don’t have the talent on the team to execute the system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4 potential assists per game, let's assume 50% shooting, that's 5 more points per game, assuming one of the shots made is a 3.

Yay?!

The Knicks have gone from the 20th best passing team in the league to the 5th in 3 games. I think over 79 more games, we can figure out how to generate more potential assists with those passes.

A passing jump was one of the huge differences from when Kerr took over from Jackson and we're seeing a similar jump now.

No matter how it's sliced, those are marked improvements.

Hopefully they'll start making shots at some point. Just reverting to the mean in shooting should accomplish that. That and reduced shots for Yabu, Clarkson and Hart.

To that point:

Mike Brown is a snooze fest. He’s like the opposite of inspiring. Who’s running through a brick wall for this guy? Sorry, I just don’t see him as a leader of men.

It seems players relate more to an ex player like Tiago than Mike Brown, he learned under Pops too

It’s too early to panic. Mike Brown needs to figure out the rotation and stick to it.

should have just gotten a young "unproven" coach. the front office insistence on getting an experienced "championship" level coach and then settling for Brown smh.

Would have rather gotten someone like Borrego or Johnnie Bryant

This is why people shouldn't be panicking.

He's currently figuring out the rotation coming off the bench, and who will be bench warmers going forward.

Yabusele and Clarkson definitely look like they might be in the latter group at some point in the season.

I looked at his minute distribution In sac last yr, it's was as sporadic as it gets all the way up until he got fired after a 13-18 start.

Why the fck would you play players 3 and 4 minutes.

Last night he put shamet in for 2 minutes, took him for 3 minutes, put him back in for another 3 minutes..

Then i read this

Brown added that the players didn’t follow the game plan, specifically by allowing Bulls guard Ayo Dosunmu to go right. Dosunmu finished with 22 points and nine assists on 8-of-10 shooting.

Funny how Matt Barnes said Mike Brown loses the respect of the locker room real fast

If Mike Brown were coaching that team, Knicks would’ve lost 129-137
