This makes a lot of sense to me. Sound effects in a movie influence how the viewer responds to the film.
Add crowd noise, moans, groans & cheers and I can see how someone would be influenced by that.

I thought it was funny that David West is going after analytics when Kevin Broom really liked him coming out of the draft.

It was cool when analytics was a tool in the toolbox. Now that **** is the toolbox itself which I think stinks.
3s and rim 2s. Don't shoot nothing else or else. This is data set driven basketball. Spreadsheet all Americans dictating basketball. Big leads aren't safe because players are programmed to keep shooting 3s.

Well, I mean they have been unwatchable for so long... Hopefully that will change but it is going to take a long time to reengage the base, IMO.
