For our POR pick and now we are tied for best record in league.

OKC was missing Chet and JDub for though too.

I will be surprised if it doesn’t.

Blazers are really good on defense and will get a scoring boost when Scoot comes back. I think Yang will be playing and scoring by ASB too

Deni makes that Williams pick look worse. He was actually scouted to be this type of player. Plus he is on a team friendly deal.

Deni and Hali were my guys that draft. Wanted Deni badly over PW but then was such an early believer in AK since Gar was such a clown for so long. Even Pat at his best doesn’t have the game of Deni on ball.

Pat does nothing better then Deni and even has a worst contract.

I wanted a wing and thought we would draft him.

I thought Deni would bust. Just too hard to tell based on his competition level that his game would translate. Well maybe it will help us get our pick.

TBH you probably could have traded Pat to the Wizards for Deni.

We get there pick if it outside the lottery. Hopefully the FBI will make them go all out. They have Scoot coming back in a month

Kid is super talented

In those videos Queen looks incredibly unathletic and awkward, almost like he was getting lucky with half those scores or because the defense was just letting him operate. Great passer though.

But he's a "thank god we didn't take that guy" in my book and always was. I'm not saying he can't be a good high post passing big. He can be. But I can't imagine a lottery pick being less suited for what we're trying to do that Queen.

You're right, he does look VERY clunky. But maybe sneaky awkward?

EXACTLY. He could be like the center version of Demar DeRozan for our intended style of play. He could and may be a fine player in a totally different system.

Basketball isn't baseball. The only time fit doesn't matter is when you are talking about the absolute best players in the league whom you'd work to fit guys around, like MJ, Shaq, Wemby. EVERYBODY else, their value to a team is "it depends" (on the roster, schemes, contracts, etc).

His IQ is off the charts.

He’s super unaathletic but crazy skilled and IQ.

Saw him block 3 shots lastnight in crunch time from pure anticipation. None of it was Hugh point stuff just getting it before they really got the shot off.

He also got bodied on the boards because he doesn’t jump. He simply blocks out and ball watches.

Yup. If you watched him in college you know this is who he is. He is an odd duck but potentially a quite useful one. He can't really jump, he's not very fast, he's not that coordinated either but he has like 99th percentile basketball instincts. We'll see how he pans out.

I'll go ahead and make a sig bet that Mikal is better by RPM this year than Zach.

Bulls beating the Sixers, Portland beating OKC, couldn't wish for a better 2 nights for Bulls fans.

Some rare footage of Magic playing an exhibition game right before he retired. He easily had a good 3 years left in him, if not more. Would have loved to have seen him play longer.

Cedric Coward again best player for Memphis in a win over Dallas. Maaan! He would be such a perfect fit here from day 1,but .. AK wanted euro project again?! How come few of us on this board saw something more instantly and wanted to draft a kid badly, but our scouts were eeeh, lets wait 2 more years with Noa, maybe he will became solid..
