Shead should start but that doesn't mean IQ is bad. They're very different flavors of PG. Shead is more in the Nash/Lowry "Can score but more focused on teammates being set up" vein, IQ is more in the Jamal Murray "Gets hot and can playmake but is generally score first" vein.
