I was surprised to learn that Hugo is 6-6.25 barefoot.

That means Hugo is closer to being 6-8.
He's taller than JB and Walsh.

If Hugo becomes a good shooter from 3pt land then we have a future All-Star.

The height and length of Hugo will make him an All-NBA defensive player and his ability to handle the ball and drive to the basket will make him a threat on offense.

Hugo will be our version of Amen Thompson.

He's been playing professionally since 2022.

The Euro League is way tougher than the G-League.

Hugo's just being a good soldier, but I don't think he wants to play in Maine on a regular basis.

Even Joe said Hugo getting minutes in the NBA is more valuable.

If there's a do over for the 2025 Draft, I think Hugo would be a lottery pick, maybe #10 to #14.

According to a report I read, teams told Hugo they were going to pick him in the 1st round, but they wanted to stash Hugo in Europe for 1 more year.

Hugo would have none of that.

That's why the Cs were able to grab him because I believe Brad agreed to what Hugo was asking and that's to immediately play in the NBA.

Hugo isn't getting much of a chance to play, just like last season, overseas. This is a season without Tatum and Hugo still can't get any minutes. That's why I continue to say he needs to play a month or two for Maine. There isn't much minutes to go around with Brown, Hauser, Walsh and Minott right now.
If Simons if traded for a big around the trade deadline, that will fear up some minutes for Hugo and possibility Baylor.

Unpopular opinion, there is room for both Walsh and Hugo on our team/roster.

Pritchard unfortunately is getting too many minutes atm..
