But if it's RJ, I'd probably pass. Just makes us too dependent on AD's health that way AND I think if we are going to "make some noise", RJ is actually THE extra guy who I think would help us to be at the level of the top teams in the East/possibly be the swing piece that may help us actually potentially get out of the East. If it's IQ, I think he's too inconsistent and too easy to target defensively, that it come to bite us in the ass (no Diddy) against the best teams in the Conference.
Ohhh...and I think we need to fight to stay in THIS particular draft considering the glut of talent there is a great chance to grab a steal even in the 20s. If we're able to add some sort of steal IE/ a taller, more talented PG as this particular draft is loaded with -- suddenly we could be a REAL threat, that STILL has good assets to make a move to put us over the top if necessary.
Any FRP for a guy who's on the edge of retirement is an overpay. This is one of the most injury-prone players in the league, and he's 33.
This only makes sense if we consider IQ, Yak, Gradey, and Ochai to be negative assets so the FRP is being attached as the only actual value in the trade. But then the question is, why are we giving up value for AD?
