But If AKME makes the mistake of resigning Vooch then we need to draft Yaxel or Steinbach to play the "4".

Best player available. Drafting for positional need is a bad idea - it only compounds the likelihood that you miss on the draft pick

Maybe that's the case in some situations. Not ours. We need to end the Vooch era. In which case we need a center. Veesaar fits our needs very well. But if we keep Vooch (typical AKME move) then we need a "4" that can defend and rebound. I like Smith at the 4 but be only plays half a game. Steinbach is solid. NBA size. I don't see him as a Center. I see him at PF paired with Buz. Drafting another guard or a wing still leaves the front court as our weakest link.

We don’t know who we will trade for or bring back in FA. Draft is a long ways away.

I think AK will be getting our future C and a replacement for Ayo or Coby. The only sure things right now are Giddey Buz and Smith IMO and one of Ayo Coby.

Kid is a baller.

Really like him. Sky high IQ and can really shoot it. Step backs and movement 3s. Skill player that competes. Not a great athlete and I question his defense in the league. Think his IQ will help him alot.

Veesar with 25 9 4.

He can really pass and shoot it. Good defensively in space. I think he’s better than Ngongba who had a great game off the bench as the 6th man.

Portland continue to impress to the point that they might even buying at the deadline. They could sneak into the 7th or 8th seed and give themselves two chances to make the playoffs.

This would be a great year to land an additional pick around 15-18.

Jrue is back today and Scoot back in a couple weeks. They will have win the play in but it’s doable.

Think he fits really well with Noa at the 4 as a switchy defensive 4. Veesaar can really space the floor. He’d be a great fit here.

Yeah, his athleticism is concerning. He was struggling to get by defenders, and he has 0 dunks so far this season. 0 dunks is a red flag for a guy that's 6'5/6'6. He is 19, so some physical development may alleviate these concerns. Right now, he's definitely an off-ball guard and not an initiator.

Not sure where I land on him yet as an NBA prospect due to athleticism. But he is in complete control of his game and has the indefinable winning player aura, playing an unusually mature brand of basketball.

Big time competitor with a big time ability to score and distribute in a variety of high difficulty ways.
