How would you rank the following highly ranked Guards in the upcoming draft:
Acuff
Burries
Flemings
Peterson
Wagler
Throw in Philon or Brown if you happen to be higher on them than someone else on the list. I also fully understand that these players are different archetypes but I have been personally trying to figure out the ranking of those five players in particular and I am curious to see where this board stands.

Re: Guard Ranking – 2026 Draft
Perhaps a hot take and not something I expected myself, but I am actually leaning towards ranking Flemings the highest out of those five players. I'm not in love with his shot profile and do see some offensive limitations in general, but I've grown to really like his defense and see an ability to contribute in an important role even if he never becomes a primary or even secondary offensive option due to his defense and efficient playmaking.
I'm currently leaning towards ranking them as follows:
Flemings
Peterson
Wagler
Acuff
Burries
But that's very much in flux still.
Perhaps (or perhaps not) another controversial take is that I expect Wagler to struggle the most in the NBA early on and I do see the risk of that hurting his development. If he can push past this, though, I really like his upside.

We literally have a giga thread for the point guards.
It's hard to rate them as prospects are all drafted based on future development.

True, and I forgot about that. Though to be fair, that thread title only includes two of the five players I am interested in ranking (and I decidedly didn't only focus on PGs), so it doesn't really fit the purpose. But if nobody is interesting in this thread iteration, it'll just die down and I think that's fine, too – it's not like this board is overflowing with threads and user traffic at the moment.

Re: Guard Ranking – 2026 Draft
If Peterson has his head on straight and healthy I think you have to have him at 1.
This might be a hot take but Burries is the only one I really see as a winning player on an NBA team. Meaning can play on a championship team as a starter.
I rather grab Okorie late then use an early pick on Flemings, Acuff, etc.

I think mine is exactly the same as Ken’s, at least for the top 5. Haven’t really thought beyond that.
