bulls.com removed BG7 Blog link

Post#1 » by TB#1 » Thu Jan 10, 2008 3:34 pm

Two months since Ben Gordon last bothered to update his blog, Bulls.com apparently has pulled the plug on life support and removed the blog from their News link, leaving Luol Deng as the only Bulls blogger.

Thanks for the effort, Ben.

Cliff Levingston hates the BG7 "nickname."

It's just as stupid as CP3, CB4 and other equally idiotic initial/number combos (except AK47; that's cool).

Quite honestly, I'm not a big fan of the nickname, and only use it when I'm too lazy to type "Ben Gordon."

And I agree with you about the other initial/number combos, including the exception for AK47.

Since I now know that Cliff Levingston has beef with initial/number combos, I'll try to further limit my use of the same in the future.

WAIT A MINUTE!!!!

Me user name is pretty much an initial/number combo.

I'm screwed.

Do you guys think that this might be a possible sign of Gordon's frustrations or that a trade of him is looming? I hope we're not trading away Gordon, I think it'll have negative ramifications for the Team/Organization.

It says "get clutch" on the bottom of that can. Hehe.

Agree about BG7 as a nickname (but is that really his nickname, I thought it was the equally bad, if not worse, B-Jizzle).

How about Gordon Lightfoot?

this is a little eerie.

if a trade looms i want legit 15-20PPG talent back, not more picks we have to develop.

I think its pretty obvious they removed it because Gordon simply wasn't doing it anymore.

Cliff Levingston is aware of the movie. It's no excuse for a bad nickname though.

Thanks for reminding me. I've been pretty lazy lately with the search for Official Update material.
