It's still the same. If we win against Portland we are tied again, and they lose to Boston they are down .5 game. so it's all the same.

I so sick of Chuck's Salami and Cheese but the Celtic Broadcast team should put local broadcasts into persepective for all of us.

One of the few times i've heard boston broadcast, and it was so wierd. It was like the bi-polar side of the Chuckmister aka Salami and Cheese. The guy was so negative the whole game. "These refs are doing a horrible job," "Boston cannot catch a break with these refs, such bad calls" yet when the calls favored Boston all he had to say was something like "yea we'll they deserved it after all the times it's happened to them." It a scary thought but I might actually like Chuck better! At least i now know why the Celtics fans act the way they do on RealGM. But shouldn't that mean we're supposed to always be positive (from Chuck) :-?

If I was forced to choose between Leo and Tommy Heinsohn, I'd gladly take Leo. Tommy is a pale colored pos.

Ya, and if some misfortune could befall the Red Sox that would be great also.

Indeed, and eventually... just like they are supposed to, WILL cool down, and it's starting to show. I wanted them to win though, so we can surpass Washington, thanks for nothing PGA tour!

You lose your 5th game of the season on January 12th?
9. Similarly, IF THOU HAST SPENT the entire offseason predicting that thy team will stink, thou shalt not gloat, nor even be happy, shouldst thou turn out to be correct. Realistic analysis is fine, but be a fan first, a smug smarty-pants second.

The Wizards couldn't run a single play against the Celtic defense. They were left with nothing but contested three point jumpers without any passing and the points off of offensive rebounds.

I wouldn't exactly call this an upset. More along the lines of coasting.

I think this is their first loss on a back to back. It's to be expected sometime, this is the NBA, teams lose on back to backs due to fatigue and such. They're human.

It just shows how good they are that after every loss theres gonna be a 7 page long thread on this board, and a bunch of blockheads like the people on the first few pages saying they're not that good or have no chance because they lose a game like this or against CHA. DAL/PHX/SA/DET have a lot more losses like this(coasting/tired game) than the Celtics do so far.

Wait til they go on their west coast trip huh? How about 4/4 on the last one, playing 4 days in 5 nights against UTA/red hot LAL in the backend?

The same people saying they had no chance and would suck before the year are the same that will come in these threads and continue their ignorance towards what is a great team that isnt even close to their peak.

They still havent even figured out how to fully utilize KG and RA especially in their offence yet, when that happens they're gonna almost be completely unstoppable.
