he'll either do one of two things:

1. jump over the moon mj style and slam.

2. Jump from the free throw line, eyes closed, while eating pie (probably chocolate flavored)

I think it would be pretty interesting to see this...

One of his teammate's comes running in for a one handed dunk...

Moon blocks him while grabbing the ball and then does a windmill jam...

try to visualize that...

If he got some tilt on his body and threw the ball down using the rotation he already had, it would look sick. Don't know if you can picture it.

that's called a statue of liberty dunk.

realistically maybe a free throw line reverse slam. would be really tough to jump that far going backwards but i think he has the hops to do it

hit it off the buzzer, do a cartwheel grab it, between the legs twice and jam that home.

I meant rotation with the arm out sideways, not over the head. So the ball "orbits" the body.

^^^^ I understand what you mean, and that would be sick, never seen anyone do it. But I agree with one of the other posters...

I am sooo sure you will see the elbow dunk...

Freethrow line dunk...not sure how it will be different than any of the others lol.

I think the two handed block to a windmill would be spectacular, and he could actually pull it off. Whoever mentioned that should actually email chuck and get him to tell J Moon.

I think he should rip off his sweats to reveal he's wearing a red mario jumpsuit with a J on it...and wear a cap... and then Kapono comes out dressed as luigi and Jamario jumps over him with a windmill slam lol. that'd be money.

With his vertical, he could probably manage to pull off a 540 reverse. That hasn't been done yet in an NBA contest.

you guys need to be more original
720? lol

here's my idea, i hope no one here steals it and takes credit.

since he's from the globe trotters he must have some sorta skills with spinning the ball.

moon's greatest strength if his hang time and height of his dunks. he loves the tomahawk dunk and he makes it look effortless.

if he can pull of a dunk with the ball spinning on his finger before tomahawking it he would get a perfect score.

the 720 dunk was done by an and1 player during a game whose named was TJ Fontennette.

what are the rules. how many helpers and props can he have. One dunk idea I have for him, is to start with him bounce passing it to Jose, who kind of volley - touch passes it cross court to TJ - Who volley touch alley oops to Moon a streaking moon who 360's, grabs ball and dunks.

Or have Jose TJ lineup a la Spud and Nate single file and have the guy in back toss up an alley ooop while he jumps them both and dunks.
Oh and just an ot thought - how cool would a block competition be.

Being creative is getting harder & harder every year so JMoon has to add to that.

What if he devises something like a patented Moon Eclipse Dunk.Goes to the rack with 2 balls in his hands then winds around one fixed ball in the air with 180 of the other then double dunks with the follow thru

That doesn't mean it wouldn't be crazy to see in the dunk contest.

720? I think Moon is an overrated dunker. He has not done a single amazing dunk in a game so far. No 360s or 180s, b/w the leg, etc. Nothing. All his dunks were straight up. He has just shown he has hang time and is a leaper. But he is tall too. Think Tyrus Thomas who was also in the dunk contest last year.

haha that would be insane. How about he starts off holding one ball with his left hand and dribbling another with his right. Then just before he jumps, he spins the ball with his left hand, palms the other ball with his right then goes up for the dunk while still spinning the ball.

Seriously, other than Carter (who only did it once or twice) how many players have ever done a 360 or a between the legs in a game? An undrafted 27-year-old journeyman rookie attempting a flashy dunk in the middle of a game is a good way to get benched.
