People just need to step up. Guys like Odom who's been averaging like 12 points a game needs to turn it up. Turiaf will get more of an opportunity, and that's good news.

As long as we make the playoffs, and Bynum 's available and playing well by then, it's all good.

You could say thats what WWE wrestlers do when they get hit.

This is a stretch where Lamar really has to step up to the plate. He's got to chip in around 20 a game efficiently for us when Bynum is out.

I'm glad I wasn't able to watch this...sounds like a terrible game for fans - for both teams.

Question - when did Bynum go down? 2nd Q? 3rd Q?

Again judge Kwame in the next few games. He isn't Ronny, he isn't a energy player. He has been totally taken out of his comfort zone, but I'm after he gets a few starts in, he'll be decent. The Seattle game should be a good way to get Kwame's confidence up before the Phoenix game, so calm down and hope he can do what he has done the last couple of years.

I think we'll struggle for a little bit without Bynum, but we'll eventually get on track, assuming no more injuries. I would say we are still a +60% win ball club as long as we are playing with good chemistry. Keep in mind that we've been blowing teams out of the water lately, so if anything, we can just expect for games to be closer.

A few roles just need to be adjusted, but don't overlook the importance of Fisher and our bench play, particularly Ariza. Odom has been playing well lately, so I'd expect that to continue. I'm sure he'll be hearing from both Kobe and Phil that he needs to pick it up a notch and become more aggressive.

I think there were a few minutes left in the 3rd q.

Man i believe i was lakers from last year when lakers had no consistent paint scoring

When kwame plays its like we are playing 4 on 5 because everyone is afraid fo passing the ball to kwame because he cant catch.

And when he does catch the ball, he either commits a offensive foul during his spin or the ball slips out of his hands and if he is lucky the ball clanks the rim.

When he does get fouled, he shoot the flattest freethrows i have ever seen since shaq was playing in LA.

On the defensive end, hes a horrible help defender. When lakers were in a tight situation, kwame decided to swat the ball out of bound so memphis could have another chance at the basket. :banghead: :banghead:

He also commited a dumb foul on navarro where he attempts to steal the ball by rushing at navarro when navarro doesnt even have his back at him.

Kwame is lucky that navarro missed both free throws that gave the lakers a chance to climp on top,

That final play was definitely a foul on Kwame. He hacked whoever that was that drove the lane. That foul was far worse than the foul that sent Kwame to the foul line to win the game. Oh well. Bad calls happen

Bynum just talked and said it feels ok now.. That it just felt worse when it first happened, but that he is able to move it, but isnt as bad as he thought. They put ice on it and that it felt alot better

whew...wow how great is it to be 20 years old.

Plus I just finally saw the replay and the last Lowry play...yeah it was a foul but at the end of a game I've seen Kobe and other guys of ours get hit much harder than that with no calls so **** it.

That injury just hit us hard in the face especially since it was immediately following the half. The whole gameplan had to be thrown out the window and we had to start afresh. Phil did no favor to the team by sitting Kobe long enough for Critt to push his luck a bit too far. An ugly win but a win none the less and no excuse for LO either to be bricking easy lay ups. I thought he could atleast do that right.

It was a bad no call on Lowery at the end. Just as bad as the no call when Miller carried the ball and no call was made that lead to a 3 pointer and a tech

I hate to say it but Bynum sounds like a little Bitch right now. Bynum want his mommy to kiss his boo boo. He scared the F out of me the way he was rolling around like he just got shot. Now he got a little ice and he feels all better. Good to see he is doing ok but damn Bynum quit sounding like a lil Beeyotch.
