And we thought the Celtics played good defense last game...

How many times has BTH bobbled the ball and lost it now? He's slowing down the offense as-well tonight....put AB in.

We are playing good defense and that's about it. Haywood is a nightmare on offense. He's a black hole.

I'm listening on mute because Heinsohn must be drunk on top of being a homer. The other guy's a professional announcer and I wish they could just mute Tommy Heinsohn.

Very sloppy game from both teams, but that favors the Wizards.

Listening to the Celtics announcers is worse than watching T.O. after a playoff loss.

Holy **** those guys are crybabies. Even when the fouls were equal at the time, that moron heinsohn was acting like the Wizards got every call up to that point. That geezer needs to shut the hell up.

Tight game at the half.

Boston has to hate playing the Wizards.

After watching the Celtics defend the passing lanes so well, I think Nick Young, DeShawn, CB, AJ, and Brendan should be the lineup in the 2nd that does the damage.

AD can't score and noone moves well without the ball.

Young can help Washington this game.

I'm actually enjoying this game. I'm thrilled that our team can go toe-to-toe in a defensive slugfest. This feels like playoff basketball to me. If we can play like this and integrate Arenas on offense, we're going to be real tough to beat in May.

oh yeah

he's a pretty tough all around player..draws a lot of fouls too.
Great match-up, him and Caron but I don't know what the TV
guys are talking about as far as size goes 'cause PP is clearly
bigger than TJ. But as Dandy Don used to say, it's not the size
of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog (speaking
purely metaphorically)

Celtics aren't this bad offensively. I'm not sure what's going on, either a really bad shooting slump or their big three is starting to wear down, which is a bad sign considering there's another 3 months of regular season basketball to play.

Great observation.

The defensive intensity IS like a playoff game. Actually, it's quite good.

DeShawn is gonna be a beast this post-season if he keeps this up. He's a tone setter in a physical, tough game where you need to come with your big 'nads.

If we didn't have a game tomorrow night at NYK, I'm sure EJ would have played our starters a lot more in the first half.

I agree. This type of game will go a loooong way down the stretch.
