From a Raps fan. Wow! Wizards really took it to the Celtics. Butler is just too sick right now! The team is really playing well right now..everybody is on the same page. Respect.

I'm really shocked, I was refreshing my espn scoreboard here and they were down 63-77!

What a comeback (again), can't wait to see the highlights!

Wizards deserve it. Celtics think they can turn it on when they want and beat anybody. They've had one of the easiest schedules so far...wait till they play the spurs, mavs, suns, blazers etc...

Other teams will study the past 2 game tapes... C's are not as invicible as they look. Not taking anything away from our boys, but (overall record aside) I just am NOT blown away by this Celtics team. Besides their "big 3" I don't see much talent on the team. Come playoffs I think this will become even more of a liability for them.

GO WIZARDS!!

Unless their big 3 included a guy named Larry Bird, there's no reason to be overly intimidated by the Cs.

let's not, settling for the 2nd round shouldn't be considered an accomplishment for this team.

I dunno, the Celtics look pretty awesome to me. It took Butler's playing 45 minutes in 3 days, unbelievable rebounding by Jamison, hard-to-sustain bruising defense, and 90% foul shooting for us to beat them.

On this latter point, Jordan gets a considerable number of genius points from me for bringing in the foul-shooting coach this season who has Haywood approaching 80% in his foul shots, and Stevenson hitting just about all his pressure foul shots. Remember prior seasons -- Stevenson being very uneven at the line, Haywood struggling to hit 50% of his foul shots, Jeffries and Etan not much better, and Ruffin about nil? Wow, what a difference!

Tommy cried foul even after the refs called the Wizards for about 5 or 6 offensive fouls.

Heinsohn said one of Butler's big scores was a pick play and he said Caron pushed off on the other.

I go on rants in this forum, but I'm not a paid announcer. That dude was just terrible to listen to, whining about calls when the refs were wearing green and white.
Tre Johnson is the future of the Wizards.

Yep, that was the key. Boston had only 3 guys in double figures (Allen, Pierce, KG) while the Wizards had 4 starters with 14 or more and the other starter had 9 assists. The Wiz just had more guys contributing.

I think it will be tough for the C's in the playoffs when they basically have to count on all 3 of their stars being "on" for a whole 7 game series. Of course that is mitigated some by their stellar defense but deep teams are going to give them problems over the course of a series.
