You can't really blame EJ for this game. He's playing our starters, what else is he supposed to do? It's not his fault we're playing awful today.
Its not only this game, BUT in this game alone I thought he made some pretty horrible decisions in the first quarter alone.
- He stuck with Haywood FAAAAR too long when it was clear that Z was abusing him.
- When he finally did substitute and tried to go small, Coach Brown went big and pounded it down low even more.
- Instead of Jordan substituting a big in, he left the small lineup even longer to get pounded some more.
All that from just the first quarter. As I said, its not only this game that I come to this conclusion. Mike Brown has just flat out been better in games vs the Wiz than Jordan has.

But Wiz fans have been crying for years that Haywood doesn't get enough playing time versus Z. It's not like they have many other bigs that'll match up with him.

Very true.. By reading the posts in this thread by Wiz fans I was lead to believe the Wizards were playing lock down championship caliber defense...TheOUTLAW wrote:-= original quote snipped =-
Yeah, while I admit I haven't seen them play previously, I'm really not impressed by this defense at all.
Look at Dwyane Jones.... He's all over the glass like Windex..

Thats high praise from someone I consider a very respectable Wiz fan.
Fellas, I know we dont normally do it, but lets make sure we stay off their board tonight. No need to go over there for any reason.

I think the Wizards' fans can figure out that their team isn't very good this year without anyone telling them.
