Damon stoudamire will sign with spurs

Post#1 » by magicman123 » Thu Jan 31, 2008 5:15 am

sorry for some, but as expected stoudamire will sign with the spurs....do you think otis was really interested? it must be nice for some players on a bad team, ask to be released and go to a contender, or sit out until the allstar break to choose what team they like..

Spurs need him bad with Parker and Barry out. Christ knows Jacques can't start and Darius Washington was released a month ago and is playing for Aris in Greece.

I pretty much called this. They need him.

We were always an extremely long shot.

I just want to see if he'll take 21 3's in a game again and just make 1 of them [or whatever rediculously low number it was]

No more temptation.
Basketball is driven by three principles:

1) Movement 2) Application of fundamentals 3) Predictability

Fine with me, I was more excited about the fact that Otis is checking into players situations. I hope to God he stays proactive going into the deadline, being too complacent can be a dangerous thing.
