Who is season ticket holders in here? A question?

Post#1 » by Magic 32 » Sat Feb 16, 2008 8:22 pm

I have a half season ticket package and I think I've went to like 3 of the 12 games so far from my packet! For reasons we all know I dont think I'm going to re-new next season unless something happens in the offseason.

I was wondering how many people in here are in the same situation I'm in? Are you going to re-new or not?

They give the ticket bank and the con. card for food, but I dont think that is enough to get me back. They have to do something or they will probaly lose alot more fans after this season!

I had season tickets for several years and did not renew for this season. I haven't regretted it. There are certainly some nice perks to have season tix but I'm done giving Kohl my cash.

That's how I feel too. I've been a season ticket holder for the last 6 years and they have been nothing but a less than average team. I thought we had something with Porter. But, Kohl screwed that up!

Yeah I dont think I'm going to renew after this season becasue it is just a waste of money! I've been giving my tickets away casue I have lost soo much intrest in this team this year. I may consider coming back if they give $200 in food and beverages. Atleast I could get some grub for free at all 20 games I thought I was going to attend!

Wonder what they are going to try and think of to get people to renew?

$200 in overpriced, badly prepared food shouldn't be a difference maker.

I've had some sort of ticket package since 1999, but not again next year.

I've always wanted season tickets, but never had the money, nor the proper location to be living to do it. I've never been so glad I didn't have either of those two things.

I hope to continue to buy some sort of season ticket package, probably a lower priced one at the last minute, because any season now might be the last.

Much too early to say I'm not coming back......

We might get an amazing trade next week......or a top tier GM this summer....

I think it's time to realize that there will be no trade. There will be lots of activity in the offseason, but NOTHING is going to happen until then.

They're going to say that they wanted to give this group of players an opportunity to play a full season together and to give LK a full year of experience. The company line is going to be that they feel they have talent and that they'd rather wait instead of making a hasty decision.

I don't agree with it, but I've resigned myself to that situation.

I was also a season ticket holder until this year, I am quite happy I did not renew. Even my company who has had 8 season tickets for years to entertain clients will not renew for next year. I bought Brewers season tickets instead and feel quite good about it.

I had season tickets the last three years but didn't renew this season, and probably won't get any again next year. But like PP said there's still time left to change my mind though...

Either we make a trade to breakup the Mo/Redd backcourt or there's a BIG front-office shakeup where Kohl relinquishes some control to an actual GM. Preferably both.

I have a pair but I haven't been to any games since midseason last year.
My son and his friends get to enjoy them, along with anyone who I can give them away to when the son is busy.
Unless there are some major changes made I will not renew. My son talked me into renewing for this season, but even he is tired of the crap going on over at the Bradley Center.

I got the 1/2 off season tickets and thought they were a great year when I got them. I am pretty sick of the way these guys are playing and the way the organization reacts to it.

That said, I will probably renew if they have a similar deal for next season. I don't think it is a question if change is coming or not. There will be alot of change better this years team and next; and there will be excitement enough to sucker me into renewing.
