How CHEAP are Heat tickets now... wow.

Post#1 » by MiaFLSurf » Mon Feb 25, 2008 4:07 pm

So Im in Miami for about 3 more days before going back up to Philly.... and I figured, what the hell, Ill go to a Heat game with the pops before heading back up.

So I looked up the schedule, and we have Sac-Town at home on Tuesday night.

So I know its a Tuesday. And I know Sac-Town isnt a HUGE draw.

But when I can go on eBay and win two LOWER LEVEL tickets for $13.50 TOTAL, something is weird.

I see auctions STILL going for under $15 for a pair of LOWER LEVEL tickets.

Are we really that bad? Honestly, even in our state of sucking the worst of suck, how can there possibly be tickets at $65 face value going for literally $6.75 a pop.

I feel like buying them all and standing on the corner next to the "Arepa, Cold Soda, Hot Dog, Shish-Ka-Bob!!!" ladies and selling them at $20 a pop just to have some beer money.

I remember when my baby sister was awarded with an Honor Roll, they gave her this circle filled with coupons, and on one of those coupons, was a free admission to watch the Florida Panthers play.

I say we start giving those Honor Roll students season tickets for the remainder of the Heat season.

I used to take those from my Mom (shes a teacher) because it had a free pizza from Pizza Hut on there. I ordered a free pizza every night.

I was such a fat kid.

Yeah I noticed that, I need to take advantage of that before we're decent again next season.

Wow, that low??

I'm not a Heats fan (Lakers!) but I would definately go to a few games at that price just for the experience. Do it!

Just don't take a look at how much Lakers seats are. I usually buy floor tickets (not court) when I can find a deal and they go for hundreds. Hell even the nose bleads aren't cheap

Do the Heat sale out when they play L.A. anyhow?
