Every time I'm optimistic about this undermanned Wizards squad going up against a powerhouse opponent, we get crushed (ex: Houston game), so I'm going to take the reverse psychology route and say we don't stand a chance. We'll get trounced, pounded, bruised, beaten, demoralized.

GO WIZ!

WTF is the deal with the Hornets' dance team wearing long pants? I'm sure that'll cost major points in RST's Dance Team Formula.

Especially considering their dancers were fine as hell down in New Orleans.

The Bulls cheerleaders can wear pant suits and paper bags.

The Hornets girls don't need to hide anything.
Tre Johnson is the future of the Wizards.

I know I shouldn't do this but....

The great thing about us going against the Hornets is that Chandler is ineffective as an iso post scorer, so we can put Blatche or Songaila on him and not have to worry about a mis-match. This means we can put Haywood on David West (which neutralizes David's game a bit), taking away 1 of New Orleans' 3 best scorers.

Eh, West isn't really a low post scorer. He's more of a pick-and-pop kind of guy. Wood isn't the guy to stop him. DMac is.

We'll see if Byron Scott has figured out how to counter us putting DMac out there to guard the pick-and-roll.

Hopefully, we can contain the Paul/West tandem. The X-factor is going to be Peja versus Jamison.

Really? I thought Brendan did a tremendous job on West last meeting.

I know David isn't a low-post scorer, but Haywood's length seemed to get to him. It wasn't West missing open jumpers. It was West missing contested jumpers.

Coming off emotional hard fought games....spells we get the crap beat out of us. paul should be upset about the way he was kinda shut-down last time out against us. He may go for 20 and 15...or 15 and 20!
Double-Double time for Haywood, and Stevenson needs a 5 of 8 day from 3pt range.

Even though I'm 30+, I'm not going to heed Jay Z's advice.

Could this be the game Jamison comes out of his shooting flunk?

Let's hope we can hang on to the number 6 seed, I rather play the Magic (who I'm also a fan off) rather than the Raptors , Cavs, Pistons, or Detriot in the first roudn.

I have a feeling Stevenson will go off again for 20 plus points and the Wiz will get a close win.

We need him in the worst way. That's the only we'll have a chance in this one.
