At least Beno hit 2 clutch FTs. Now we just need to play some D.
This space needs to be filled with a new sig...but I'm too lazy to make one.

I guess this signals a youth movement for the Kings.

Kmart's such a humble kid compared to the other young stars in the league. I think Ron not playing is an indication he's not getting along with the coach. Is it fair to say, ron is going to change teams next season?

I think you're reading too much into it. Ron was starting to get reckless in the 3rd and was in foul trouble. The team that was on the floor down the stretch was getting the job done, albeit not perfectly. No reason to make changes if what you had was working.

Garcia played great on both ends for the entire game, but that fastbreak TO he got almost cost us the game. He needs to make better decisions, I think by next season which would be his 4th year we'll start seeing better decision making from him.

Beno was great. Looked like an elite PG out there. His biggest problem this season has been consistency and if he can play at that level or near that level consistently we might not need to draft/trade for a PG.

You have to be impressed with Hawes. This is a 19 year old rookie who actually has a 19 year old body - not a freak like LeBron or Howard who produces whenever he gets minutes. He's actually a good weakside defender at this point, when he gets stronger he'll improve his post game offensively and defensively as well. I think the Kings are real high on Hawes. We have a 19 y/o 7 footer who can shoot, pass, finish around the rim and block shots.

Actually he's got enough range to hit 3s with decent consistency.

Hawes is my 6th man in NBA 2K8. He's a beast in that game. In real life I kind of wanted to Wolves to take him last year. I think he will be a pretty nice bigman in the future. I didn't know he had range until he played us the other day and knocked down a couple of J's.

I hope things work out with Artest. He's in my fantasy and he comes up pretty big for me. I got a feeling he may get shut down for the season though and that worries me.
