Smallest player to play C this year?
I do not follow the Warriors that much, but who exactly is the smallest player who was C for you guys this year? (Even some minutes are enough) Nelly got some crazy (but effective) lineups. Is it true that MONTA ELLIS played C for a short while?

Barnes has played about 2% of the teams minutes at C. Which is actually significant - it comes out to somewhere around 60 minutes of action at C.
Our smallest PF has been a tiny bit from Azubuike.
How DO they decide who's playing where with unconventional teams? Is it by height? Jersey Number? Shoe size? IQ?
For instance how often do they consider Monta the PG when Baron is resting or posting up? How do they decide if Bukie or Pete is the PF when it's them and Al up front?
Do they do it by defensive matchup? and if so, who's the poor guy at 82 games who has to watch every Knicks vs. Heat game to count the minutes and matchups? Or have they designed a robot to do it? and if so, when will said Robot revolt and kill it's abusive masters?

I asked them at season's beginning, and its based on defensive positioning. If the team is in a zone, its based on whoever is playing in the traditional spots for the zone (ie, the middle man is 5, strong side forward is 4 / 2, weakside is 1 / 3.
But I countered with Monta guarding a lot of PGs earlier in the season, and then I didn't get a response back. So who knows...

Nellie even makes things diffficult for the stat keepers with his ever changing lineups and weird defensive rotations. Sometimes I don't think the players even know what position they're playing (ot that it matters). I imagine trying to chart Warriors games is a statisticians nightmare.
