They have to eliminate division win seeding just straight up conference. Hell they should integrate conference and make it 3-3 vs conferences instead of 4-2.

It become an urban legend that Fish left Utah to take care of his baby. Its BS.
Jazz fans don't like Fisher for taking advantage of Jazz's owner, playing his daughter card and immediately signing with the Lakers.

Even Barkley said that.

People can rag on Jazz fans all they want. But if you had a key player walk out of his contract just to sign with a division rival, i'm sure you wouldn't welcome them back with open arms, regardless of their reasons for leaving (legit or not)

i dont think KG is MVP, but i dont agree with that logic..

Boston has proven theyre the best team no matter who they play..they stopped the streak, beat San Antonio, beat Dallas..on a road trip, and without Ray Allen. East or West, theyre the top team.

don't misquote barkley... fisher wasn't taking advantage of anything... barkley just thinks fisher should have gone to a different team other than one that is a rival to utah and shouldn't take the boos personally.

barkley makes stupid comments ....

Jazz owner was classy enough to make just one comment that he will give benefit of the doubt to Fisher, although he was surprised what Fish did, so fast without telling him.

That's one hell of a win for the Lakers

That 4th qtr was very fun to watch, and Kobe just put on one of those runs that are special

Continue to love Lamar Odom's game, and how he's fit into his support role, all season

Utah fans definitely get a bit too emotional

Utah fans booing Derek Fisher, again, is pathetic

Lakers basically imposed their will on the Jazz tonight, despite being significantly short-handed

Very impressive by the Lake Show, I thought the Jazz would of at least been more competitive, and actually was pretty confident they'd win.

Was he really booed tonight? It could be my sound just sucks but I didn't hear much booing for him.

The idiots who threw things should be banned from attending games.

Not tonight, the last time they played in Utah.

interior defense has been a problem in utah all season, and tonight was no different. it didn't help that lakers were shooting lights out either.

jazz got whooped plain and simple.

Jazz owner was classy... fans like you who say he was taking advantage of the owner are not... what so hard to understand that people aren't saying utah jazz are classless... the franchise, management, and players have class... it is the fans who disagree with them

Barkley said in the sense that if his daughter was the real reason, it was really coincidental that he end up with the Lakers.
I don't know if you remember, that Fisher's daughter was treated in NY.
This is what Jazz's owner thought when Fisher asked for releasing him from his contract.

Yeah, that I defeintely remember and hated.

Jazz fans shouldn't boo Fisher. For one, getting rid of his contract helps the team. For another, he was just a backup journeyman type point guard. It's not like Deron left the team. I don't understand that one. I don't even care if he did use his daughter to get out of his contract, although I'm not making that claim. The cap relief alone was beneficial to the Jazz.

Now you overdid it. No single Jazz fan is saying that. If he did it for his daughter no one would boo him. The problem is that he had a deal under the table that Jazz didn't know about it.
This is why Jazz fans are booing him.

Fans can booo whomever they want. They support their own team, and make uncomfortable opposing team.
Simple as that.
If someone reads more to it than it is his problem. (to sensitive?)

Oh I agree. I just think KG missing those games hurt him b/c the Celts were still pretty good without him.

You would be stupid to say all Jazz fans are classless, but the ones who booed Derek Fisher, were pretty classless that night.

I'd be a bit angry I guess, but that was a bit much.

go and think it was a conspiracy... it isn't hard to understand that he wanted treatment for his daughter, but also wanted to go back to lakers where he could help them with kobe possibly leaving. Also he doesnt need to go to NY to get treatment because surgery and treatment after surgery are two different things. There are plenty of good hospitals in LA.

Urban legend? It's in the jazz press release.
