Well, damn.

We might very well look back at tonight as the game where Kobe sealed his first MVP award, although it took a real collective team effort. What a great story about the guys taking the Fisher booing personally and sending a clear message. That's tight knit group of guys.

As for Odom, he has absolutely earned his paycheck this year. He's been great, and he looks confident as ever. Radman is getting back to his old self as well, not only by hitting his outside shots, but taking it strong to the hole. Loved the way Fisher banged down shot after shot as well. He needed this type of game, especially since he laid an egg his last time in Utah.

2-2 on the toughest road stretch since 72-73... not bad, all things considered. Couldn't be more proud of the team right now, with exception to Walton.

we couldve won all 4 if certain things hadnt happened but thats how games are played...hornets game gasol goes down, not enough time to adjust to another playing scheme...rockets game still adapting to a new playin style were there isnt a dominant big man, ronny shows flashes...dallas and utah we finally got how to play without a big...plus who saw kcal's john ireland's reporting before dallas' game say that right after losing to houston the team headed out to dallas and shot around without telling phil so they could gel and adjust with what they had and kobe led the way....his work ethic is unmatched and he is showing the league why he should be mvp
i hate the arguments that say lebron is better with a weak supporting cast(which maybe true but what other team besides boston and detriot doesnt have a weak supporting cast in the east)
kobe shows it thru skills, leadership, setting up to the plate, dedication, keeping his team atop the west...that he should be mvp
the lakers should look back at tonight and say we not only did it to show fish the support he needs from getting back stabbed by the very same fans that cheered for him when he was clutch but that tonight they gelled as a team and could win with whatever bad card they are dealt with( in our case injuries)

I'm happy with the 2-2 Road Record. Shoot, after Pau went down. I would of been happy to steal a game and go 1-3. I seriously thought we were going to drop our next 4. Very pleased we are back on top of the West. And Greta Job by Kobe for grabbing three other players in Fisher Farmar and Sasha to hit the court to work on their shots right when they landed in Dallas before the game. GREAT LEADERSHIP..

what soured me for utah fans , loooong before this is how rude and utterly lame and classless they were to karl malone his first trip there as a laker...ive viewed that place as a snake den ever since...

and since a huge portion of my mothers family is mormon and lives in utah, i feel its okay for me to state that los angeles and all things los angeles are viewed by quite a few utah/mormons as being literally sodom and gammora, hence their extra special disdain for us, and their intense bitterness towards fish and malone , for playing on the devils team...

As one of the few Jazz fans who don't hate the Lakers and Kobe, I have no problem with Kobe waving his jersey and slamming the ball. The idiots that boo'd Fisher last time deserved that from the best player in the world. I probably would have done the same thing if I were him. I fear the Lakers more than the Spurs.

I have noticed that your board just shows that hatred towards the Lakers and even more towards Kobe.

Just some of the things that your board had brought up during the game were "rapist" "Kobe needs to be shot"

woah I did not expect such class from any Jazz fans. Seems like most your fans are ruthless and straight up classless human beings no offense. I am judging by the way your board reacts to the Lakers. People were wishing death upon Derek Fisher's daughter, hating him for choosing family first, saying he sucks when he was such an integral part of your playoff success. I am just glad he is in a better city and better people because your people are just flat out ridiculous.

Oh and I will never forget that idiotic skit that your PA announcer played during halftime of a Laker/Jazz game several years ago mocking Karl Malone's decision to join the Lakers and poking fun of Kobe's sexual assault trial. I have seen many ruthless fans, but none of them as classless as the people out in Utah. At least in Philly they are ruthless because of their love for the city. In Utah, people just say stupid comments that is uncalled for in the world of Sports.

I know you can't change the way your people act, but if my fellow fans in LA uses any disrespect comments towards anybody I will have no respect whatsoever for them.

Hey, I do hate the Lakers and Kobe, but that is because Kobe has continuously burned the Jazz.

Good game last night, the Jazz came out flat and looked terrible and you guys out executed us from the very start. Thats a huge win for you guys and I definitely have no complaints about the L, you guys were simply the better team last night.

Good game, good on you Lakers fans who don't feel it necessary to come over to the Jazz board and get our game thread locked.

Those weren't Utah fans. I live in Utah (moved here from Southern California a few years ago :evil:

) and have gone to every Jazz-Laker game since moving here (except this one since it was my sister's birthday), and there is always a pretty large number of Laker fans in the stadium.

Great game last night though, I love when the Lakers beat the Jazz. :clap:
