Just think....What if we had played defense in the 1st half

I dont care if we shoot 0.0000006% tomrrow, I just want to see the same defensive results that we got in the 3rd quarter

The last play was Fishers fault. When they got in their defense and Jax switched over from LO to Fisher, LO was telling Fisher to get up on Jax. Fisher didnt and he sagged on him ( Jax) and left him wide open.

I can assure you that our board gets our own fair share of Laker's fans trolling our boards. It was extremely bad right after the Shaq trade.

I really don't see what was so bad about his post. Besides, are you guys expecting to win every game with Gasol and Bynum out? You've done remarkably well with the injuries you've had. I don't see why you're so upset.

Just dumb defense. Not being aware of shooters really pisses me off.

I thought the refs helped the Warriors out a lot also down the stretch. They gave them a couple of free throws when it wasnt even a foul, while Lamar got fouled (twice) and no call. Especially when we had a chance to go up 4

That doesnt make it right. And people here need not worry about what other posters on other boards say. So please laker fans, dont get caught up in trolling other teams boards and dont bait and attract trolls.

EDIT: I am not calling you a troll.
I don't see why you're so upset.

I can only speak for myself, but every win is important.

Minhee I think you are forgetting that we dont have Gasol and Bynum

and even if ignoring that....would you rather see the team giving up after down by 23 and then lose by 30+ points so there would be no reason for such a close game to get all upset over

I rather have our team not giving up and getting back at the end. Unfortunately you dont win everygame in which you give up 72 points in a half

True enough. You guys will be fine once you get Gasol and Bynum back. I don't think it's any reason to tell someone to go f themselves.

I agree that trolling is annoying and not right, but every board has their fair share of them. It's usually best to just ignore them.

Anyways, good luck to your team. Don't worry too much, you guys will be more than fine. I look forward to meeting you in the playoffs.

Lamar was huge today. But we were really sloppy today in securing our defensive rebounds and passes that cross from the far right of the key to the far left of the key.

I swore i counted 4 of these taken away by GSW. We didnt see any of farmar to sasha from left far side of court to right far side.

In addition to some of Lukes dumb penetration hand offs the GSW we dug a huge hole for ourselves.

I would say the GSW coaching staff did a good job reviewing tapes and letting their players know where to intercept passes.

The only way we could have won tonight was to let Bynum operate down low and just punish them for their size.

Bottomline: We did not deserve to win. You can't come out in the first half and play like a team that doesn`t give a **** about the game and expect to win.

Great fightback, but it's an absolute joke that we came out like that in the first. Frustrating how often we seem to do this, too. Sign of not-so-great leadership?

....I also, like many, love how (Please Use More Appropriate Word) we are defensively in the clutch. It's basic stuff, FFS! Down by 1? Hey lets give up an open three!! Pathetic.

That was when the play was over. He caught the ball and dribbled it once when its like a second left. So the refs just let it go because they know the lakers are going to lose anyways.

Yep, if we show even a shred of poise or defensive intensity in the first half, we win this game by 10. We just melted down in the second quarter.

Frustrating, because Jackson had it mapped out: Take care of the basketball, and GS's offense dies on the vine. Give them easy opportunities in the open court, and you're just asking for an ass kicking.

First half: 15 turnovers, no defense, minus 23.
Second half: 3 turnovers, excellent defense, plus 19.

We did a fabulous job to come back, but you simply give yourself too big of a mountain to climb by falling down by 25.

we got them in so much foul trouble just with odom. I wouldn't worry about facing them when gasol and/or bynum is back. tomorrow is going to be REALLY tough though (but that's what people said about Utah and we blew them out). Maybe we'll "make it personal" again and repeat that performance.

our guards need to let monta shoot the J. and farmar needs to go back to being a point guard instead of trying to imitate monta. radman will bounce back. I think people are too critical of Luke. He's coming off the bench and if you look at the plays and cuts he makes, he's just smarter than most second-tier players in the nba (unlike a JR smith-type, really talented, but headless). I'm not justifying his mistakes, but the distribution of criticisms on this board often doesn't reflect that. Farmar and Sasha were way more out of control today.

hope we get the W.

I'm referring to the play when fisher was guarding monta. I'm not really sure if we're on the same play.
