Flopping Fish
This has been much discussed in the game threads, and I don't think we need to revisit all that now, but funny article from Pree

I was wondering, in soccer guys will get a card for flopping - two and you're out, much like a T.
How about giving a technical foul for egregious flopping? I thought I remembered a rule change last summer, but I don't recall anyone ever getting a T for flopping. Has it happened? Should it?

You guys should watch the replay again. There's a link in the general discussions forum and Fish didn't flop. He tripped over Al's foot and pulled Tay down with him and bone head Delaney called an offensive foul. With all the holding and grabbing, that should of been a no call. Sux to end a great game that way, but I highly doubt BD would of hit that shot anyways. BD would of hit front rim due to fatigue.

who da **** are you??
Ya'll forgetting who Fisher is.
Fisher- to blow layups
-to shoot a terrible percentage (first year he hasn't)
-to cough up the ball
-to make terrible fouls
-to flop
That is to Fisher.
Fisher was doing a Fisher play. He was supposed to foul, and lose the game for his team because that's what Fisher does. But he pulled the Monopoly BS card, which gets you out of jail for free and you pass Go.

The way I saw it, Bryant was holding on to Jackson simultaneously as Fisher was holding on Monta. I instantly knew something was up. I would put it past the "Fakers" to be running that flop play in practice. The league should crack down on this, just like they stopped Kobe from swingin' his elbows in his follow thru on his jump shot. These "Fakers" would sell their soul to the nastiest person to get back their glory. Especially paying (under the table) their former player/employee Mr. Logo to strike the most lopsided deal in history to fetch them Gasol.
This kinda crap makes me sick. The Association really wants to get back to their glory days w/ L.A./Boston in the Finals. What's next, bring back Jordan for one more come back?

Oh get over it. The lane violation shouldn't have been called against Kobe two possessions earlier, and the charge shouldn't have been called. The fact is those refs were terrible, all game long, and they made bad calls both ways. The refs didn't blow that game for the Warriors, the Warriors simply ran out of gas. The Lakers were gassed too. It was a great game....stop crying.

Look..The Lakers (with or without Gasol and Bynum) aren't winning the NBA Championship and neither are we (it kills me to say that) so...let's concentrate on making the playoffs, rooting for the Warriors and screaming our brains out. Now's when we need to suck it up and make that playoff push I've been hearing about for 2 weeks.

Your opinion and I got mine. Playing on a back to back and the number of minutes he played, fatigue would of played a factor. BD has the knack of hitting big shots, but I doubt he hits that shot Monday due to all the minutes he played.
Can't view the shots you have up, but a similar play was ran for BD against Houston and he missed to tie the game. A vaguely remember another time too, but forget who it was against.

Hopefully we match up in the first round with both teams FULLY HEALTHY and exchange shots to the chin so that we can see who the real men are. I think we know the end result since this aint dallas.
