1. Mason
2. Songaila
3. Butler
4. Clay Bennett and the way he has taken the life out of the Sonics and Seattle (which really sucks in general).
Until Grunfeld goes there is no rebuild.

1. Roger Mason Jr. -- no explanation needed

2. Caron Butler -- Great statline but too many turnovers and sloppy plays (excluding the 4th quarter). Still, came through in the clutch.

3. Darius Songaila -- The man executed our offense to perfection. He rolled to the basket at the right times, made each interior shot he had a good look at, and played solid pressure defense.

HM: Brendan Haywood -- because it wouldn't be a POTG thread without a BTH appearance.

The Seattle announcers said that Roger Mason told them that he officially dropped the "Jr." from his name. They were acting like that was what was holding him back all these years.

I'm glad he did that. I don't like writing the "Jr.".

Always knew that's what was holding him back.

Even when I was hating the way the Wizards were playing early, I enjoyed the Seattle announcers.

They were commenting on Stevenson's many shot attempts, and baiting on the on court feud simmering between DS and Brendan. They made a lot of solid points without being homers for the Sonics.

I missed the radiocast of the game (thank God for NBA.com's Listen Live application), but I hear someone was on fire on the fourth.

So I voted for him... Dominic McGuire.

But seriously, 17 points in one quarter is beast. Bravo, Roger Mason "Minus the" Jr.

Well, considering that he found out that Jarret Jack is his real daddy last night, I think dropping the "Jr" is appropriate.

Anyway, after an unspectacular run vs. POR (3 3pters, but porous D), RM bounced back something lovely tonight. My vote is cast for Roger Mason _.

Wasn't me either but that said, he could have had 30 pts if they would have just kept feeding him. Then we would all be talking

Magic
WoodShaq
Johnson

PLAYA OF THE GAME

But we didn't and the rock star formerly known as Jr got it. AKA Mace

How can we let this kid walk after what he has become? We have to sign him back.
