Game Thread: Washington Wizards @ Seattle Supersonics

The Sonics started their seven game home stand with a victory over their I-5 rival, the Portland Trailblazers, to end their eleven game losing streak. Rookie Kevin Durant had another solid night shooting the rock and his now nearly converting 52% of his field goal attempts during the month of March.

When and Where?

I'm just curious as to how many people will be even watching the game.

I quit making plans around Sonics games a few months ago. If they're on, then I might catch a bit of it, but definitely don't schedule my life around them like I used to...

Kind of depressing.

I try to watch every one I can. I also root for them to win, however I'm more than okay with a close loss. It's the games where we get destroyed that I can't watch.

I'm in the same boat. At this point I'm just hoping for a close game going into the second half.

It's doubtful that most of the people that have quit watching games will even see this post.

Personally, I was solid up until the Denver debacle, which for some reason sat through the entire 48. I've probably only watched about ten minutes of game action since. That seemed as good of time as any to pretty much call it a season, which i've never done before.

i have watched every televised game from start to finish this year except for like maybe 5 or 6. i will continue to do so until such time as this team leaves seattle. i truely hope that does not happen. and if it does, i will never again watch an nba game. NEVER.

GO SUPES!

And thats the ball game.
Shouldn't have dropped that game, but what can you say about Kevin. It just not fair that we might not get to see him in a Supes jersey in his prime.

Agreed. I really like the Sonics because all of their ties to the DC/MD area.
