That's true you'd think phil would look at other options after so many unsuccessful attempts but no he's got that high i.q.

Another question Why didn't Phil put in Mihm when when DJ got his 4th foul just to steal minutes you know like most coaches would do?

What a dissapointing loss on top of that ugly bobcats game.

We are really not playing hard and not playing with intensity. Its almost as if they go into the game like many of us here do..expecting to win.

I understand that we have injuries and that is something we all need to recognize. No contender in this league could even touch us in our injuries.

The light at this tunnel, should be these past 2 games and us re-focusing as a team and play a hard 48 the rest of the way and to the playoffs.

Easier said then done, but we are now just a shell of the team we are now before the emergence of Bynum and getting Gasol. If we can find some fight in these guys that are playing and get these guys back then we are still in a great position. Our championship mentality is not based on these last 2/3 games....its based on what we do now.

Keep your head up, regroup and close this season out strong!

Maybe he didn't want to play Chris tonight but when DJ fouled out he had no choice. I can live with that decision, I just cannot stand Luke Walton and Sasha for what they did tonight.

Excellent post Phil. My thoughts exactly, although I don't know what to expect from this team. I do not believe they will win against Washington with the expected return of Arenas.

Well we still in 3rd and only 1 game out of the number 1 seed, it's not as bad as it seems but damn can the boys just play with some mad passion for once.

We are actually 2 games behind 1st seed in the loss column, 1 game behind 2nd seed. We are currently tied for the 3rd and 6th.

1.) Hornets 49-22
2.) Spurs 50-23
3.) Lakers 49-24
4.) Jazz 48-25
5.) Rockets 49-23
6.) Suns 48-24
7.) Mavs 45-27
8.) Warriors 44-27

If we lose Sunday we drop to 6th as Suns will move to 3rd.

Even though you look at the standings and see the teams bunched up near the top, schedules for some of those will drop some of them back you can bank that.

I don't gotta name names you know who they are.

Man we're not going to win many games playing that kind of defense.

FYI- PHd Grizz, is a good poster and he is not here to cause problems. He gets a pass, because he is in fact the guy that came here and broke the Gasol trade before we ever knew of it. When he broke the story he was cool and I dont think he is intentions are wrong.

Thanks for Gasol... Phd 8)

Can we hire a defnsive coach instead of paying PJ 24 mil? And get some real medical staff and not some junior college licensed nurses.

classy

i'm not dissing on you guys....

our board sucks b/c our team is in teh garbage.....

the Lakers have the Grizzlies franchise player...and the griz played the lakers for the first time since the trade.......

i enjoy reading the laker game threads b/c of pau.....and this is first time i post in a game thread....and i was being nice.....

plus, i thought me rushing over here on the night before the Pau trade to tell you guys the news before any other places had the news would cut me some slack for posting in another teams game thread......

Remeber that game against the Raptors when phil put Coby in the game to provide some extra energy..why not try tonight? Ira or Coby somebody to give something the team lacks.
