I saw him during the L'ville game. He looks decent. The problem with people saying hes overweight is because he always has had a chubby face, which people lead to assume a chubby body. May is actually pretty cut and has skinny legs, but I agree he can lose a few pounds.
During halftime of the game he spoke about his rehab, and said "hes done all the right things and gotten in shape and is ahead of schedule, it sucks to not be playing basketball and he wishes he can help his team because they are close, and that he needed this surgery sooner or later because his knees have been giving him problems for a while and it will be fixed."

If that's Sean May looking skinny, oy vey. It might be the camera angle, but his face looks even rounder than usual.
I don't want to waste time on the Coleman-esque weight-watching gossip. He's been fat, he's shown no committment to losing weight and staying in shape, and from that picture, it doesn't look like things have changed much in the past 8 months or so.

But Amare isn't and hasn't always been a fatty!!!
Being constantly overweight and showing nothing to ever prove that this will change despite having surgery with legitimate career changing ability makes any Amare comparison totally irrelevant.
I've seen him in person, he looked like a big fat fatty to me, maybe we have different qualifications for what "that fat" looks like.

It's not just his face. He has skinny legs, and big everything else. Sean May has an ass that rivals that of Oliver Miller in his super-fat-but-pre-obese times.
Funny note, I went to google's image search and typed in "Oliver Miller," and guess who's round face made a cameo on the first page?

I don't know why you remember Sean May's ass so fondly, but I don't remember anything substantial about it. Big asses are a good thing, more bounce to push away the defender when you are backing him down.
Again, not once did I say May isn't overweight, I'm just saying he isn't the obese monster haters are making him out to be.
